Brought back from Brazil by the in-laws.
Started very clear, swirling the bottom added some hazy, fairly large fizzy bubbly head reinforced by streaming bubbles, hazy golden straw color
Nose typical hefe, creamy toasty straw wheat, bready dough, a little yeasty, plenty of fruity esters, banana, apple pear, touch of citrus, faint peppery spice phenols, a touch of grassy hop
Taste starts with more creamy wheat, straw, cereal, bready cracker notes, mostly creamy wheat-oat-meal thing, more straw, a touch yeasty, mild fruity esters and spice phenols, touch of grassy hops, bit of citrus, a bit thin, sticky finish, little bitterness.
Mouth is lighter bod, a bit thin, this is the real downfall of the beer, not really thick creamy wheat like, a bit thin, decent carb
Overall not bad, for a weiss beer from Brazil this was pretty good, a bit thin overall but still nice.

This is actually a pretty good hefeweizen. Poured from a 600 mL standard Baden Baden bottle, straw colored with a slight haze and a moderate creamy head. Very strong aroma of banana esters, a little spice, wheat, citrus, yeast, typical hefe. Taste is as expected from the nose and pretty well balanced, with a nice medium body and some creaminess. Pretty enjoyable.

Light mouthfeel and bitterness. Light banana notes fruity esters, but strong clove notes on the nose and mouth. Great refreshing beer.

Cloudy yellow color with lots of thick head with decent retention.
Predominant aroma of banana and vanilla, and some oranges, relatively close to the actual fruit. Hints of the usual yeast, cloves and wheat.
Very nice flavor, quite citric, fruity and acid. Hints of lemon, oranges and banana, yeast and wheat. Low on the spices, though got some coriander. Dry and acid aftertaste.
Malty body with good carbonation with small bubbles but that has an effervescent feeling, almost like having a C vitamin.
This is one of the best Weiss versions in Brazil, though a bit expensive. Not overly sweet, strong on citrics and with a nice body to counterbalance it. Interesting, it is a Weiss going towards a Berliner, so got a character of its own. I sensed some improvement from the last time I drank it almost a year ago, maybe I won the lottery this time.
