Light golden color with a fluffy head with a medium retention.
Aroma of bready malt with hints of grassy hops.
Flavor is quite pleasant. Herbal and floral hops are very present coming forward over a pale malt base. Dry aftertaste with an elegant bitterness.
Light body with good carbonation.
This organic version seems to be better than their regular Pilsner, probably given it is supposedly fresher given more limited production and hard to find. A light Pilsner, though.

355ml bottle served in a weizen glass.

A: Pours a clear pale yellow color forming a one to two bubbled and aired white head. Medium retention and few spotty lacings left in the glass

S: Crispy malts. Sweet malts. Flowery hops

T: Slightly sweet upfront. Crispy malts. Light and smooth hops bitterness in the end. In overall a very light, smooth, a bit sweet and quite malty and biscuity tastw

M: Light body. Good carbonation. Malty aftertaste

O: Good drinkability. Good German Pilsener made in Brazil. God save Eisenbahn! :)

Straight pour from twist-off 355ml bottle to flute

Appearance (3.5): Bright golden, moderate haze, ½ finger head fades to a whitish film with all that goldeniness shining through.

Smell (4.0): Smells fresh, a little green, like a floral note without the sweetness—light hopping over some pale malts, and whatever hops used were floral (not grassy, not citrusy, not too bitter). The nose is relatively light, in any case.

Taste (3.5): Crisp but not very bitter, finishes lemony, very light pale sweetness underneath the whole way. Rather floral. As it warms, settles on a slightly skunky, pale note . . . any hop bitterness is less present in warmer finish.

Mouthfeel (3.0): Relatively coarse bubbles all the way back on the tongue, crisp and watery otherwise

Overall (3.5): Refreshing as shit. On the light side, in terms of both flavor and abv, but the floral-forward body is a nice touch for the style. Won’t knock your socks off, but I dig it.

The first beer in Brazil with organic ingredients. Drank this while watching Family Guy...in Brazil. How cool is that? On to the beer:

This pilsner leaves a thin creamy head that stays up all the way down the glass and leaves a few stroked of lace. The sparkling carbonation and straw yellow color give the beer the usual good pilsner look. Not much in the aroma. There´s a bit of musty grain with hay. Pretty clean in the nose. Moderately flavored overall. There´s a chunk of hay to go with the pale mlat base, and then throw in a light bitterenss at the end. Smooth and easy going down the hatch, ideal for its native Brazilian afternoons.

This is a good pilsner from Eisenbahn...but so is their original pilsner too. I honestly don´t see much of a difference between the two besides the R$1-2 higher price per bottle, but this is what beer reviewers do, right?

11.2oz light brown bottle. Freshness date stamped on bottle.
It pours a shiny golden yellow with a firm snow-white head on top with lots of sticky and trailing lacing.
It smells mostly of fresh cut dry hay with a nice whiff of sweet malt. A mild lemony citrus aroma comes and goes, forcing me to continue sniffing at the glass.
The malt has a light caramel sweetness and a little nutty taste, which lays a balanced platform for the edgy citrus and mildly metallic hop bite. A taste of sweet limes is noticed in the finish.
This is a world-class Pils. I hope to see it enter the US market soon.

ok, maybe it's just a lack of "tasting skills" on my part, but I can't really tell any difference between this beer, and Eisenbahn's "regular" pilsener.

As far as I can tell, it's pratically the same beer, this one just being made with "organic ingredients".

A good beer, I'm just not sure I'm willing to pay the extra price because of the organic ingredients.

Moderate and quickly fading smooth head on a glittering golden color body. The smell is similar to the one of the pilsener by the same brewery: malty, caramely, this one being nuttier, with notes of almonds. The taste, too, is caramely with almost some burnt notes. Definitely toasted, it is not as sweet as the basic pilsener, again with notes of almonds and almond dough. Surprizingly nutty. Also some liquorice in the back. The hoppiness gets slightly dry, but is moderate to low for the style. It gets more power in the aftertaste, leaving a chewy feeling on the tongue for a while. But this might come from the nuttiness too. Mouthfeel is a bit heavier than for other offerings of Eisenbahn, which makes me happy. Slightly syrupy, almost gluey. Not fitting really in the pilsener style, but interesting nonetheless. A citric bite appears after a second, and links the brew to its pilsener sisters, maybe with a light litchi note. Not overly drinkable though.
