Thanks to GRG1313 for sharing this one at his tasting.

Pours a clear light orange with a foamy bone head that settles to a partial film on top of the beer. Small dots of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is slightly sour with malt, grain, fruit, and wood aromas. Taste is much the same with sour grain, fruit, and acidic flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of acidity on the palate with each sip. This beer has a good level of carbonation with a crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer with solid aromas and flavors.

750ml cork n cage. bought at Salud in Charlotte.
pours a very nice head that dissipates to a thin layer. appears to have very good carbonation. nose is super funky horse blanket. clarity is awesome once the chill haze wears off. without tasting I would say that this is going ot be a awesome beer. taste is light sour. some apple. light acidity is left on the tongue. it does not dry you out too much. very carbonated feeling in the throat. after tasting the sourness and sessionability are there but it's not uber funky or tart. this would pair well within fish and salad due to it's light crispness. of the many sours I have had and for the price I would not go out chasing this beer but it is a good one to notch off and if it was readily accessible would be a nice purchase to go with dinner every now and then.

750ml corked and caged offering into a snifter. The brew appears a clear yellow color getting progressively more clouded with additional pours. A white fizzy cap retains decent and paints spots of lace all over the glass.

The smell is lemony lactic with a strong almost perfume hint of oily coriander. Very mild grain inclusion and overall mild funkiness.

The taste is tart with a lemony oily feel. A light wheat inclusion and very faint funk. More the most part this is mild with mostly a lactic character about it that blends to a deeper level of lemony essence like coriander.

This is a light bodied brew with a modest amount of carbonation. Very easy drinking but over-powered with a clingy lemon oily feel. For the most part this is clean and very easily to approach. A good introductory sour that is more tart than wild/sour.

A: pours a slightly hazy yellow-gold with two fingers of white head that fade into a thick cap with good lacing.

S: sour lemon and lime aromas dominate with some light barnyard notes bringing up the finish

T: big lemon sour kick up front with some notes of tart cherries, musty barnyard flavors, and a lightly tart finish.

M: light body with mid-high carbonation, this beer is light and drinkable.

O: a solid sour overall, especially for the brewery's first foray into the style. It doesn't have a lot of depth, but what's there is good.
