Pours a deep dark ruby amber color. Off-white foamy head dissipate immediatly. Some lacing.
Smells of malt, bitter-sweet chocolate, and roasted coffee.
The taste is smooth and creamy up front lots of malt and coffee w/ a significant coffee after taste. There is something going on with this beer, just not sure. A vanilla creaminess in the middle!
The mouth feel is creamy up front and carbonation in the middle with a roast coffee finish.
A very good beer, and only 5.5 abv.

Pours a amber brown color with red highlights and a small white head.
Nothing special on the nose. A bit of caramel malt and a little floral hop aromas.
Tastes mostly nutty with a bit of caramelized malt backbone and a sort of English style hop finish.
Carbonated pretty decent and goes down very easy. A nice creamy texture as it goes down. Overall a pretty decent brown ale. One of their better selections for sure.
