Comes out dark golden color, a minor amount of orange to it, the aroma is citrus bound.

Taste still hits the usual citrus notes, ample bitterness. Nothing exceptional or unique here. Just another 60ibu ipa in bomber format using c hops for the most part.

I filled up a Tap-A-Draft jug at Growler guys with Hop Knob IPA. Oured in to a schooner.

Pours a pale gold color, slight chill haze, with a foamy white head.

Smell is a sweet citrus aroma, lemon blossoms and grapefruit.

Taste is also a nice fruity flavor, not a lot of malt but a pink grapefruit and sweet lemon flavor.

Mouthfeel is crisp and clean, a nice thirst quenching brew.

Overall a very nice drinkable IPA.

Light, sudsy, and rather bitter IPA. Attractive appearance as the light amber brew foams up in the big Stella goblet. Toasty malt but on the dry side. Fragrant with resiny hops and a hint of honeysuckle.

Mineral taste and a bitter aftertaste. Overall, a highly drinkable hoppy brew with a sharp edge and tingly mouthfeel. From the 22 oz bottle purchased at Central Market in Shoreline, Washington.
