Pours golden yellow with a 3 inch thick, foamy white head. Slight haze. Minimal lacing.
Aroma is spicy, wheat, citrus.
Tastes of coriander, wheat, spices, slight orange.
Light bodied, heavy carbonation. Semi-dry finish.
I poured a bit hard and got a 3 inch head. Now, that's beer! This is a good American wheat beer.

Bottle of chilled Middle Ages Swallow Wit Beer was poured into a glass in August, 2019. The beer is slightly cloudy, a little darker than might be expected for the style. The taste is fairly mild, starting with a slight background of hops. The beer finishes tart, without any hint of sour fermentations. Very light and mild beer.

On tap at the brewery. Pours golden with fluffy white head. Body is medium and smooth. Taste and aroma is of wheat malt, ripe fruit and some hops. Finish is long and semi-dry. OK brew.

Pours hazy golden yellow with a white head that fell fast. Nose is fragrant with breaddy wheat, perfumey coriander and some citrus. It has a light fresh banana, some sweaty phenols and a bit of tartness even ont he nose. Clove coriander and earth. Lots of spice and a light sweetness. Gosh it smells perfect. Taste is lots of wheat cracker. Crisp . Pleasantly sweet with a soft citric backnote. Light banana provides lush fruitiness without being overly sweet. No bubblegum. A medium low hop bitterness that does not persist. Finishes bubbly and with sweet spice. It's just tart and not sour in the middle.

10/11...light gold, some darkness, some white settling foam. Wheaty, yeast nose. Very faint. Flavorful wheat flavor, buttery, floral, bananas, smooth and with a slight tart bitter finish. Crisp. Nicely blended, the flavors come together well.
