Golden amber colored body; thick yet somewhat fizzy head. Nice, quiet floral and spicy aroma. Gentle malt base flavor infused with some nice fruity ester notes; very light buttery quality; very mild hop bitterness. Medium mouthfeel; mildly fizzy; semi-sweet feel throughout.
A nice, unassuming English-style pale ale that would taste good after some warm weather work and/or fun. Or, any time you really wanted a nice, simple ale.

Pours amber with a 1/4 inch head, which dissipates. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is malty, bready, earthy, grass.
Taste follows nose: malty, bready, earthy, grassy.
Light bodied, light carbonation. Semi-sweet finish.
A decent beer of the style.

Cold Middle Ages Syracuse Pale Ale poured into a glass in August, 2019. The body is a clear deep amber. The white head is substantial. Flavor is good, but nothing stands out as exceptional. Malt body is subdued. Hop character is adequately bitter. This would be a good session beer. It is a mild non-filling drink with alcohol hovering just above 5%.

Picked up at a gas station while visiting my cousins in Marcellus. I like local themed brews so this was perfect. Kind of a simple look and smell: nice amber color with golden highlights but little head. Nose is sweet with caramel.
Kind of a mash up of flavors in the sip with chocolate and caramel and medium hops with citrus roots. Mouthfeel is a little watery but does finish well. Not a bad drinking ale but nothing special for the style.

On tap at the brewery. Pours golden with fluffy white. Aroma is of piney hops and bready malt. Body is medium and crisp. Taste is similar to aroma. Finish is medium and dry. OK brew.

Pours a dark orange hue with a thin bubbly head.
Smell is a tad sour, but not in a terrible way.
Taste is mild like a normal pale ale.
Feel is a a tad bit flat.
Overall is a meh for me. I bought this because I’m currently in New York and wanted to try some local beers.
