Served on-tap in a narrow pilsener glass. An odd glassware choice for the style for sure.
Cloudy pale straw in the glass with decent but short-lived white head. The nose suggests mellow oranges and pepper spice, perhaps touches of ginger. Flavor follows suit. Round orange fruit shot through with pepper and ginger on a grainy wheat base. Chewy but light body with appropriate carbonation. A nice Belgian wheat from 5 Seasons.

Big creamy white head with an appropriately cloudy and pale yellow body. Nose is faint hint of coriander there. The taste is a bit sour up front followed by crisp wheat and light coriander, The citrus tastes more like lemon peel than orange peel though. Estery.

Poured out a hazy, yellow color with a small off-white head. It left some intricate lacing. It smelled of wheat, yeast and some clove. It tasted of wheat, banana and spices. It was crisp and sharp.

Appearance: Pours a lightly hazy, golden-yellow body with a thin, white head.
Smell: Delicate wheat nose, very lightly tangy, precedes fruity, slightly sour scents. Particularly distinct are the orange peel and spice notes.
Taste: Soft wheat and light pale maltiness with a pinch of table sugar. White peach fruitiness seasoned with coriander. Bitterish Curaçao orange peel taste. Slight perceived sourness. Light, though balancing bitterness. Drying, lightly crisp finish with a lasting spice note.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Ample medium-high carbonation.
Drinkability: A good, enjoyable witbier to gulp down on the 5 Seasons outside patio on a sultry summer night.

Color is a somewhat cloudy amber gold with a thick but not persistent head. Aroma is strong, very wheaty and malty, with strong lemon hints. Flavor is rich, wheaty-malty, with some hop edge to it. Refreshing, smooth, this is a great beer for late summer and early fall.
