22 oz bottle from Roth’s Vista Market in Salem. $3.99 Seems to be a little old Clear amber body to the ale, nice thick and creamy eggshell white coloured head. Good spicy/grapefruit aromas, caramel malts to the fore. Very balanced taste of caramel and spicy how. Little chocolate and nut also. Palate is nice, its low carbonated and smooth though semi dry at the very end. Actually not a bad been. Simple but i dig it.

Bomber from Bert’s. A tangy amber ale, some sweet malts, some bitter hoppiness. Clear caramel / orange color, small creamy beige head. Aroma is mostly hops, sweet malt taste follows, finish is mild bitterness.

Weird that this slightly heavy ale is their summer seasonal, according to their page.
Not red so much as a copper. Smells piney, woody, with a faint toasty malt sweetness.
As copper as she is, not a whole lot of sweetness present in tasting it- we have a mixture of resinous pine and spicy Tettnanger. Feels a little heavy, but surprisingly crisp for its abv and color.

This is a particularly beautiful shade of coppery amber. Nice lacing with a clear white foam. Plenty of spritziness in the mouth. Orange marmalade aroma with piney hops.
Both malty and hoppy flavors vie for supremacy here. Sweet with a peppery touch. The malt is quite rich with a caramel base. There are a lot of malt flavors going on. An orangey citrus taste with some woody notes. Hints of melon with that sweet malty taste. This is rather bitter with an acidic touch at the finish.
This starts to seem overly bitter, but the malty sweetness is quite beguiling. I think it's better than a lot of other Red/Amber brews. From the 22 oz bottle purchased at Central Market - Shoreline in north Seattle.
