Fully hazed with a crisp tart flavor, Mia & Pia’s “Hayfeweizen” is notable for its clean, refined persona and deeply refreshing profile. Brewed with 50% wheat malt, it is a jaundiced yellow color (or is my own pallor intruding upon it?). It bears substantial lace and is named for the alfalfa growing area of Klamath County.

Dry, quaffable, and appealing. No lemon required.
