Poured into a pint glass.

4.0 A: Redish brown puree-like appearance. Half a finger of creamy white head with slightly below average retention and leaves no lacing. This is full on with the raspberry as it has a puree like consistency.

4.0 S: Very nice aroma. Full of raspberry, earthy rye spiciness, and the house character which is somewhere between bready and biscuity. Easily the best smelling of the three (so far anyway) FruitRye beers.

4.0 T: Taste is also the best of the three. The base beer is solid with earthy rye spiciness, yeastiness, raspbeery fruitiness, a soft bitterness, and a touch of tartness. This time both the base beer is good and the fruitiness is strong enough to not seem out of place.

4.5 M: Medium body. Good moderate carbonation. Very nice creaminess and super smooth.

4.5 D: This goes down way too easy and it isn't boring or under-fruited like most fruit beers. Though it isn't quite up to the level of the fruit twins, it probably is the third best fruit beer I've had.
