I remember drinking this with friends and having a great time. Now, ever since the craft beer "revolution", I've become an expert on what people should drink, and join in on shaming others for drinking non-craft beer. I mean, how can you even say you like beer if you aren't drinking a nitro coffee breakfast stout, or a grapefruit mango triple hopped IPA? It really rips my skinny jeans watching people have a great time drinking BMC beers. If you enjoy this beer, as other reviewers have stated, you are probably a drunk, living on the streets after getting out of prison for beating your significant other, and kicking the dog. You're definitely not someone who works 60+ hours a week, and just needs to relax with something simple.

I drank this is college every other day. It's a bang for you buck if you wanna party. But now that I'm older I think this is a beer you drink on the curb after your girlfriend left and took the apartment.

Very smooth. Very refreshing ice beer. Get the big can and drink on.

Not bad for such a very cheap beer.

Poured into a 16oz pint glass.

Leaves a small head that goes quick, little lacing. Darker yellow color.

Smells like corn and booze.

Tastes like corn more than anything. Kind of a harsh aftertaste that many complain about. I honestly like it, but it's very polarizing. You will probably love or hate this beer. Not really boozy.

Went down okay even at room temperature, but not the smoothest either. Aftertaste wasn't bad.

I honestly really like this beer and the price can't be beat. Just don't bring a 30 pack to a party expecting everyone to like it.

It’s an ice beer, what’d ya expect? Cheap (99¢ for a tall boy), boozy, and smooth is what you’re getting. It smells weird so drink from the can ice cold. It’s pretty carbonated as well and pours a golden color. For an ice beer, it’s pretty good.

12 oz. can poured into a pint glass.

L---Light, clear, golden color. A bit of a white head that doesn't hang long and leaves no lacing.

S---Sweet. Maybe just corn and alcohol.

T---Sweet & clean. Corn and maybe a bit of chocolate.

F---Light. Wet& clean. Nothing really stands out.

O---It's pretty good for what it is. It;s just that what it is isn't very good.

holy cow, its been a really long time since i had one of these, and now i know why! truly one of the worst beers on the planet, i dont know how people slug these every day after work, different times we live in now i guess. this is almost rancid to me, metallic and watery and chemical all at once, without hardly a trace of real malt in the aroma, and more can than beer to me. i actually do get some lager yeast in the flavor, but thats really the only beer component that is on display at all here. corny watered down base, synthetic tasting to me, and with a bizarrely exposed alcohol content for a beer that really isnt that strong by craft standards. tin and paper and rubbing alcohol, barely even palatable to me, and when it warms up a little bit, oh god, its downright nasty! this beer is about getting a buzz and nothing more, i understand the necessity budget beer, but this is really rough even by those measures. i dont mind the regular best, but the best ice is about as bad as beer gets... avoid at all costs!

What I see drunks who have lost driving privileges tote back to their residences around here by the twelve-pack. A cheap buzz is all that it is good for.

Back to 5.9% from 6.9%?

I've rated this beer based upon the following characteristics:

- Very economical
- Excellent value to consumer
- Miller/Coors production quality controls

I'm soooo disappointed that this has been recently lowered from 6.9% ABV back down to 5.9% ABV. However I will continue to be a fan because of its consumer value and taste.

Pours a pale golden color with a one finger white head that recedes quickly to nothing.
Smells pepper, and full of yeastiness, not liking this.
Tastes like a typical adjunct lager, except this one is not overbearingly sweet. Typical light yeast, light bread, and notes of grassy hops.
Mouthfeel is thin, with a crisp finish.
Overall, a bit better than average compared to it's competition.

Deep golden coloring with no real aroma or lacing. Fizzes out quite quickly. Very little in the way of flavor. Something more akin to beer-flavored water. I myself am not a fan of Ice beers, so perhaps my opinion is in the wrong section here, but it is upsetting to consider lots of people actually pay good money for this "beer".

Appearance: Pale golden, with a huge head.

Aroma: Corny, adjunct. Nothing more.

Taste: Watery body here, naturally, and light in flavor as well. Like beer-flavored water, maybe, with a little alcohol burn at the finish, like a shot of vodka in a shite beer. Absolutely awful. Made my tummy hurt, and with that, this is one of the worst beers I’ve ever had.

Backlog. 12 oz can. This is part 3 in a trilogy. I tried Milwaukee’s Best Light earlier (part 2), which was obviously a masterpiece of shit masquerading as "a light, refreshing lager." Will this one be any better? First thought: Oh boy, do I really want to drink this? I drank a Mil Best Light earlier tonight and it wasn’t a pleasant experience. Anything’s better than a light cheapo lager, right? Tentatively...yes. It doesn’t taste like a sparkling water like the Light did--definitely more flavor. Part threes are rarely the best in a trilogy, but this is definitely better than part 2. All in all, it tastes like mass-produced corn water. I need to find out how it all started with part 1, though--the original Milwaukee’s Best. I don’t have one though. How will I ever figure it out?

12 oz can given to me by a friend as a joke.....she uses it to keep slugs out of her garden. SERIOUSLY. I hadn't had the Beast in 20 years since college, when a case went for about $7 and was on the same level as Natty Light and Icehouse, which led to painful flatulence (and worse) the next day. I drank the Ice version on a warm Saturday afternoon and sad to say it's still as bad as I remember. Corn mash and metal taste straight from the can. The ABV puts it on the level of malt liquor, probably the right chaser after a shot of Jägermeister.
