Unfiltered non-alcoholic IPA. Malts: Wheat, Cara and Bulldog Pale Ale. Hops: Citra, Galaxy, Pacific Jade.

Jan. 2018: 330 ml bottle, from the Norwegian importer. Cloudy golden to orange colour, moderate white head. Pleasant aroma of fruity hops, some grain in the background. Medium dry and citric flavour, bitter finish. For a n/a beer, this is not too bad.

The colour is amber-orange; the liquid is hazy. The two finger of-white head is compact; it sinks slowly leaving lots of fine lacing.
The smell is clean and bitter-sweet. Grapefruits, oranges, lemon peel and a touch of crispbread.
The taste is bitter with some caramel malt in the background. Passing salt, mixed dried citric fruits. Medium body. The aftertaste got growing sweetness with some wort, caramel candy and lemongrass. The finish is bitter with floral and citric flavours.
The carbonation is medium strong; the fresh mid-sized bubbles are long-lasting. The liquid is a bit sticky.
A well crafted low-alcohol beer with fine hop flavours.
