This one pours a slightly hazy golden orange, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like spicy hop bitterness, vanilla, sugar cookie, clove, peach skin, and flowers.
This is one of the better tripels that I’ve had – it avoids that stale boozy sweetness I sometimes get from the style. It’s soft, fruity, and lightly malty, like a sugar cookie or biscut. There’s a floral and spicy hop character here, with some peach, banana and pear flavors.
This is medium bodied, even slightly creamy, with a really nice drinkability.
I don’t always like tripels, but when they taste like this, I love the style.

750ml bottle into a goblet. Couldn't find any freshness dating.
Great look to this one. Hazy amber body with a massive foamy white head leaving layers of lacing. Aroma is floral and a tad funky. Taste is sweet, foamy, a touch floral, and light. Finish is where a slight spice note comes in. Eminently drinkable, quite enjoyable.

Pours a hazy golden color with a medium top of white head that dissolves slowly.
Strong aroma of ripe apples and pears, flowers, peppercorns, cloves and sugar.
Dry taste with nice fruity notes up front allong with yeasty spice notes. The finish is quite bitter with floral hop notes. All nicely ballanced.
Mouthfeel is creamy and smooth with a medium carbonation and a medium body.
This was a delicious triple. Deserves a spot among the best belgian triples.

750mL bottled 26.08.2021 ( 7 months ago) poured into a chalice at 53° Fahrenheit 8.5% ABV. The beer pours opaque orange amber in color with light khaki head. The head recedes to a thin cap and leaves a ring around the glass. The aroma is mild with semisweet pale malt, orchard fruit and light pepper / clove. The taste is semisweet pale malt with the pepper & clove notes of the yeast blending in nicely with the earthy medium bitter finish. There's a hint of apple and pear in the flavor as well. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with above average carbonation and a dry finish. No detectable alcohol. Overall, excellent. This beer is beautifully balanced and enjoyable to sip.

This one from beercollector.com.au
A – Pours a Opaque honey colour with a thick White head that retains very well and laces.
S – Really nice spicy aromas that are backed by hay like earthy notes
T – Pear and flower notes with a spicy finish that is dry. This is very much in the mold of a Westmalle Tripel
M- Light to medium body and fullish carbonation
O – Top class Tripel this one. And right up there with the very best of the style.

Shared 500 ml bottle, ABV 8.5%. From Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. Hazy yellow colour, white head. Nice aroma of spicy Belgian ale yeast. Moderately sweet flavour, again with spicy notes of Belgian ale yeast, moderate hops. Well balanced, very enjoyable.

Dark, slight hazy bronze with loose, pocked white froth. 4
Flowers + candle wax nose. 4
White sugar, flowers, yellow pear, big spice - both clove + black pepper - and grass. 4.25
Fizzy, sticky, round. 4
Yellow apple tart - plenty of spice. Gets the style in broad strokes, if not the most subtle Tripel. Fun, if not at all Westmalle. 4

750ml capped bottle, I couldn't find any date.
Pours a hazy orange gold with a large head of foam that shrnks slowly. Good lacing.
Smells of hay, candi sugar, citrus to grassy hops, fruity.
Taste is of biscuit, candi sugar, hay, some hop bitterness, earthy. A real mix of smells and flavours for a Tripel.
Medium body with lively carbonation.
Served on the cooler side but the flavours expand as it warms up. Alcohol is a non factor.
This is really good.

Somewhat cloudy faded gold body, full white head and lazy lacing. Smells of pale malts, flowers, belgian spices, lemon, apple, pear, and general esters, belgian yeast, and biscuit. Tastes follows the nose with white pepper, dry earth and hay added. Great balance, classic feel like the smell and taste, crisp, bright and floral. Nice tripel for late spring. The wife loved it

L- Cloudy yellow-brown. Pours with 3mm white head. [ps 15 mins later, the head is holding really well!]
S- Typical Tripel deep and piquant fruit and ABV% notes.
T- Pungent, pronounced hops but with a balancing richness. It's very Tripel, on the pungent less rich side (which works for me v well).
F- 8.5% isn't hugely above say a 6.5% solid British ale but the recipe here makes this convey as a very robust beer indeed. This would serve as a solid winter-warmer.
O- I like this a lot, it has clear character, is forthright on the flavour and the flavour is quite intricate. Plus it has neither sweet nor over-rich facets to it. It comes over as very polished and balanced. ps I handed it to my wife to sample, a fan of BE/Tripels > "Oh yes, that's a nice Tripel for summer eh?".
BB: 15/01/2022. Bought from BelgiumInABox (Antwerp/BE), for home delivery to me in London/UK. 330ml/Euro2.80.
