Very Good
Notes: Remember your first sip of hazy beer? We do. The game had completely changed. The bitter battle was over. This was the antithesis - almost seemed too good to be true. Like it was from another planet. Aren’t hops supposed to be bitter? This is pure hop candy! Thinking about that haze...bursting with juice...ripe as all hell...makes me look backward at those ANTI-RESINS all night long. Welcome to the bizarro world.

Resin’s proprietary hop blend gets flipped on its head to extract potent hop character with no bitterness.

look: semi hazy, light yellow color, looks just watery

smell: stinky, resin, pine

taste: watery, astringent, pine,

feel: medium body, a little boozy

overall: their description on the can is just shameless, this is such a horrible beer, it is far from hazy ipa

11/28/21 Light gold, hazy, decent white head, not much lacing. -Review interrupted-
A decent beer. I think I liked their Resin a little better. Now, maybe I need to do a taste test.

1/22/21 - Having the last Anti-Resin. Its a not bad interesting beer, but not so much that I would seek it out. No change in the score.

Yellow gold in color with a hazy complexion and a fingernail of off white on top. Moderate soapy lacing. The aroma is of tropical fruit including melon, pineapple, and lime. I’m tasting melon, pineapple, and lime. The mouth is smooth and inviting.

From the bottom of the can: "BEST BY SEP 22 21 PBG 21081 04:03 FL"

Appearance: The dull orange and beige colored body is very hazy and nearly opaque, allowing faint shadows through. It has a very large head that is pure white with a rocky consistency. It has very good retention and lacing.

Aroma: It has an odd acid aroma along with alcohol, which makes it smell a bit like vomit. At first it is very off-putting but fortunately it airs out a bit and that acid character goes away. Unfortunately what is left is a strange mixture of bubblegum and artificial berry. The aromas as a whole never become appealing. It is a very strange smelling beer.

Taste: There is a strange peach and fruity bubblegum flavor that tastes like an old 90's gum made with artificial sweetener. These flavors carry through all the way to the finish. Alcohol presence comes through more as the beer crosses over the palate.

Mouthfeel: It feels medium-light bodied and soft. There is an odd acidic quality towards the back of the palate with a bitter pulp character that reduces drinkability. The alcohol presence is obvious and further hinders drinkability.

Overall: Aside from the appearance there aren't any redeeming characteristics in this beer. It has this awkward bubblegum character in the aroma and flavor along with this strange acidic smell and aftertaste. There is also this really strange artificial flavor and aroma which makes it even harder to drink. I wouldn't buy it again and it's not a beer I would recommend.

I like the classic Sixpoint artwork, it sort of reminds me of drinking some fancy Starbuck Espresso coffee from a can. The pour is dark yellow. C'mon are you kidding me 0 IBU? Every IPA should have at least 10 IBU's in them. The taste is tropical which was previously said by other fellow beer reviewers. In addition to, I'm picking up on some mild apricot & citrus but that's about it. Honestly, for me this beer falls flat it taste more like a gluten free IPA which I'm not too fond of. All in all, it's sort of okay if you drink it fast enough & at least the 9% abv is well masked. This is the anti resin for sure, it could use some IBU's. Cheers! C

A great summer beery. Hopheads need not apply. If you like a Weizen beer, the maltiness, with some nice citrus flavors and no weird yeasty funk this stuff is great. The alcohol is fully masked by the flavors so take care. A lovely head and a cloudy look only add to the weizen comparison.
Good stuff.

Poured from the 12 oz. can into a Victory Donnybrook Stout nonick.

a: Nearly opaque yellow-orange with a fiunger thick white head which receded quickly to thin surface foam and patchy lacing.

s: Mild tropical fruit.

t: Follows the nose with slight sourness, no hop bite and a mainly dry finish. Higher ABV surprisingly well covered.

m: Medium, OK body and some carbonation tingle.

o: An odd take on a DIPA, losing one of its hallmark traits of hop bitterness in favor of more fruit juice. Not a new favorite.

12oz can poured into a snifter

A- pours a hazy orange color with a one finger foamy white head that has good retention and leaves some lacing behind

S- smells of pithy orange, mango, pineapple and gummy bears

T- juicy orange and tangerine up front, followed by tropical undertones of pineapple, mango and kiwi. The finish gives more juicy citrus, with a linger of peach gummy rings

M- medium body with moderate carbonation leads to a foamy mouthfeel that continues into a creamy finish

O- juicy without the bitterness, hides the abv well

This ís indeed an inversion of the original. Cloudy where Resin is clear. Juicy with melon and, pale malt, stone fruit and light tropicals. Where Resin launches an assault on the tongue with huge bitterness, There is none to be found here. The feel is light and crisp with a tingly carbonation with a light creaminess. Surprisingly light weight for a 9 percent brew. That is more or less the same. An easy drinking heavy hitter. It's Resin but it's not. Fun times.

Poured from a 12 oz. can. Has a hazy bright golden color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is mild, some citrus. Taste is oranges, pineapple, peaches, a touch of alcohol, moderate bitterness. Feels medium/full bodied in the mouth and overall it ain't bad, but I was expecting more.

Bright murky orange with a fluffy head that leaves nice lacing as it dissipates.

Nose is floral, dank, and piney. A little hint of citrus in the background.

Big, bright citrus flavors up front. Candied orange, lemon zest and mango. It's really tart, but then I do get a little bit of pine flavor in the finish. Taste is huge overall so I don't really taste the booze, though you feel it after a few sips.

Feel is interesting. It's much lighter than what you'd think of for a NE IPA. More of a west-coast feel with lots of carbonation. It's light and zippy.

A really interesting beer. I was intrigued by the description when I read it in the store. I've liked Sixpoint's dank west coast styles so I was interested to try that hop character with zero bitterness. It comes off as a pretty good NE IPA. A bit different than the typical NE IPA but in a good way. The huge candied citrus flavors are nice.

Very nice color with offwhite head. Nose is very tropical. Obvious was the Abv. Not as good as normal resin or Puff, but a good beer nevertheless. Certainly worth a try.

Very juicy ....very smooth. A bit tart...I was hoping for a little more sweetness but it hides the booze well. I really didn’t care for how it tasted but props for how it hid the booze and smoothness going down
