It's a hot summer day and you think you should be drinking a Corona or Budweiser. Grab this instead

Poured into a snifter. Thanks again, Cliff.

A: An almost clear light yellow with a white one-finger head that dissipates quickly. Medium lacing.

S: Wheat, honey, apples, some light malts and very light hoppiness.

T: Almost too light and crisp. Biscuity malts meets a field of wheat. Great for post-outdoor work.

M: Light to medium with light to medium carbonation. More carbonation would make this one more stand-outish.

O: Just OK. I'd prefer more punch, but it is what it is.

I just never seem to love Sixpoint's beers as much as I should based on their ratings on here. Drinkable on hot summer days but there are definitely other pilsners I prefer - Sierra Nevada Nooner for instance.

Pale straw color with thick white head. Fruity aroma with apple cider, pear and honey and a touch of hops and doughiness. Bready flavor, with stale hop bitterness in the aftertaste. A little too stale and not quite crisp enough to my taste, but overall still very good. (Best by date's still over 5 months away.)
