12 ounce bottle into pint glass, no bottle dating. Gusher opener, but not bad. Pours lightly hazy/cloudy medium golden amber color with a 2 finger fairly dense and fluffy off white head with great retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Nice thick foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of lemon, cracker, white bread dough, and lightly toasted biscuit; with lighter notes of pear, red apple, herbal, wood, floral, grass, pepper, and yeast earthiness. A bit too fruity/yeasty aromas, but not overwhelming. Nice aromas with good balance and complexity of pale malts, fruity yeast, and earthy hop notes; with good strength. Taste of lemon, cracker, white bread dough, and lightly toasted biscuit; with lighter notes of pear, red apple, herbal, wood, floral, grass, pepper, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of lemon, cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, pear, red apple, herbal, wood, floral, grass, pepper, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Nice complexity, robustness, and balance of pale malts, fruity yeast, and earthy hop flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and no lingering hop astringency after the finish. Moderately crisp/clean finishing. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitterness and carbonation. Medium-high carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, and moderately bready/grainy/sticky balanced mouthfeel that is nice. Overall this is a nice NA beer. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of pale malts, fruity yeast, and earthy hop flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and pretty refreshing to drink with the modestly bitter/drying/carbonated finish. Very flavorful and not watery. Reminds me of an English pale ale on style. Does not have any cardboard off flavors like most NA brews. Great balance between pale malts, fruity yeast, and earthy hops. Minimal residual sweetness with crisp dryness. A nicely enjoyable and well made offering for the low ABV.

Amber beer that is closest to an Oktoberfest beer for nonalcohol beer. Taste is of hops, molasses, caramel, fizz, sugarcane, maple, and malt.

Best of the n/a beers that I've found but that's not saying a whole lot. Smell has a nice hoppy characteristic to it that peeks your interest. pours a medium amber brown with a decent head but upon the first sip it lacks body and any real ale type characteristics beyond minor hints of hop and a little malt. it'll get me by because it's locally available and a decent alternative when taking a break from higher abv brews but not something i would seek out in any other situation.

Pours the color of apple cider with a bubbly one finger head. Aroma of molasses. Flavor is molasses mixed with a mineral bitterness that intensifies. Very abrasive and unbalanced. Has potential but that bitterness is too disconcerting.
