Located in Concourse C of Terminal 1.

There were previously two Schlafly Tap Room locations in Lambert-St.Louis International Airport. The Concourse B location featured draft beer and food, while Concourse D had bottles only and no kitchen. These were consolidated after a tornado damaged the airport in 2011.

It's an airport bar and grill, don't have high expectations. But they do have 6 od the Schafly year round beers plus 4 rotating Schafly taps, plus two Bud taps. Bar seating plus some booths and tables. I had breakfast which was decent.

Decent experience for an airport bar but you are still in an airport terminal at the end of the day. You can buy 6-packs to bring with you on the plane! Just Schlafly's offerings here and limited among those.

Tried on October 31, 2011. I had a few hours to burn while waiting for my flight out and was excited to see this place.

Quality and Selection: Even though this place is called the Tap Room nothing is actually on Tap. Their beers only came in bottles. They had six different Schlafly beer types there: Dry Hopped APA, Hefeweizen, Oatmeal Stout, Pale Ale, Oltoberfest, and Kolsch. I had the APA and I really wanted to review it, but they only kept their glasses for mixed drinks. For other beers they had were Bud products, Corona, Dos Equis, Heineken, and Michelob Ultra.

Service and Atmosphere: The bartender kept the pace fast in the area, always moving as if they were about to close, it was barely 4 PM. It was not close to being busy, but with all of her moving back and forth between the kitchen and the bar it just made me feel uneasy. The atmosphere was pretty dead with people drinking Bud Products and mixed drinks.

Food: The food that they had were paninis, wings, quesadillas, small cheese or pepperoni pizzas, salads and tender smoked pork sandwiches. I didn't try the food because when other people ordered their food came out practically instantly and it looked pretty bland and seem just microwaved.

Value: I paid close to $7 for my 12 oz beer. This is simply a place for mixed drinks with the Schlafly name on it. For a place I was really excited to try I left extremely disappointed. I feel as if they moved their location because this place was a giant disappointment compared to what other reviewers said about it.

I wish I could review the actual Schlafly brewpub off Locus Street in St. Louis (since Ba only allows us to rate beers rather than BOTH - the beers and place itself). This place was just ok as it was in the airport, but rather enjoyed their brews on tap. I mean, what better place to have high quality brews in an airport while waiting for your flight!? We also had a late breakfast at this place and the food was decent. Service was pretty good as we were already sitting at the bar counter. I beleive the beer offering at the time was the Pale Ale, Wheat, Stout, and a Seasonal if I recall correctly... This was 2009.

It makes me sad to hear that, at one time, this place actually did have five different types of Schlafly beers on draft. Because that is not the case now. I've been there at the same time every Sunday for the past month and they've only had the pale and the hefeweizen. I saw one of their old menus and the beers also used to be normally priced, maybe a dollar more than at a regular bar. Well now, for my pint of locally brewed beer, I pay a whopping $7. That is more than a gin and tonic at the same bar. Right now there are only two beers worth drinking at this bar and the only other option is to get a crappy sandwich from the angry women who work at the Quizno's next door during my two hour wait for my flight, but I'm going for Quizno's.

Schlafly Tap Room in Lambert is located in the B concourse, but thank goodness you can get into the B gate with a C boarding pass (the 2 terminals are connected after security). I had a long wait before my flight so this was a welcome sight.

The outside of the bar looks about the same as any other airport bar/restaurant. However on the inside there is a nice collection of Schlafly memorabilia behind glass that definitely sets this place apart from your average Chili's Too. There are tables around the bar, which seats people on 3 sides.

The beer selection is pretty good all things considered. They offer 5 Schlafly beers on tap (plus a couple others), one of which is a seasonal. They have a four-beer sampler on the menu as well.

The food menu is pretty slim pickings but my expectations were not high on this count to begin with. Typical pub grub, chicken fingers, sandwiches and the like. Perfectly fine for what it is.

Service here is good. The bartender/server was doing a good job handling the patrons who were in a hurry while finding time to stay on top of things with the ones like me who had time to kill. Aside from a little confusion over what style of beer the Expedition Reserve was, she knew the product well. She definitely went above and beyond by squeezing out the last of their Oatmeal Stout into a sampler glass for me.

Overall I will definitely spend any spare time at Lambert at this place. Brewpub representation at airports is pretty rare (Orlando, Columbus, St. Louis etc) but it is an oasis for travelling beer lovers.

My wife and I stopped here while waiting for our connecting flight to Denver for the GABF. We ordered several of the 5 or 6 beers they had available on tap and enjoyed ourselves. The place wasn't crowded at all, I assume either because of the time of day or that fact it was near the end of the B terminal. Anyway, the service was good, food was good. The prices were reasonable for an airport bar in relation to the quality of beer. This was definately a good choice. If you're traveling near summer time, I highly recommend the summer Kolsch they have on tap there, very tasty.

Schlafly- Terminal B Lambert Airport, St. Louis

Atmosphere- typical airport lounge. bar up front in the middle tables all around. tables jammed in and people and luggage crammed in as well
Service- not that they come to you and serve you. bartender was nice and quick.
Selection- Apart from their 5 beers on tap they had the usual airport bar menu. Chicken sandwich, hotdog, fries, pizza, etc...
Food- i only had french fries but they were good?! wife had chicken fingers. basic. nothing impressive.
Value- $20 for our food and a beer.

Overall- a good little bar to relax when your flight has been delayed 3 hours! The offererings were basic and the place closed by 8pm. Worthy of a stop in for a beer.
