Pours s pale amber producing 2 fingers of frothy, eggshell, moderately lasting head that leaves webs of chunky lace. Aroma is caramel malt, floral forward, grapefruit & pine hops. Nicely balanced. Taste is malt forward. Caramel followed by floral & citrus hops. Bitter finish & aftertaste. Mouthfeel is medium bodied moderate carbonation smooth but average.

from a can found in a shop in Norman OK. Perfectly decent old school west-coast IPA, with plenty of piney and earthy hops, a little citrus edge, and some slightly sweet doughy and caramel malts. In a crowded field, this one doesn't stand out to me, but it isn't bad either.

A nice biting IPA, but with a touch of a sweet finish. Pours clear amber with a nice robust creamy head. Aroma is complex, sweet malt, honey, toffee, caramel, no sign of the hops that are to come. Taste comes in with a nice malt flavor, hops riding the wave on to the taste buds at the finish. Enjoyable throughout.

A- clear coppery color, thin head that dissipates kinda quickly, nice lacing left behind
S- malt, piney hops
T- mostly piney hops but well balanced
M- medium bodied
D- very good, I would drink it again. A good example of a west coast IPA from the Pacific Northwest.
