Strong chocolate smell from the pour and the taste doesnot dissapoint. Hints of vanilla and some coffee comes through. Way to easy to drink, great beer , a must try if you enjoy chocolate beers! that must have been some dog to influence that good a beer!

This beer really stand out amongst all other porters. It's a chocolate porter, but notes of coffee come through way more than you would expect. The drinkibility is unusually pleasant giving the abv as well. The oak doesn't come through, which would normally be a damn shame, but somehow this beer is incredible. I have nothing negative to say for this one. Definitely the best porter I've ever had.

Out of a bottle into my tulip.

A – Dark as night. Half finger of light brown head that settles and stayed around and left a nice lacing down the glass.
S – Nice chocolate smell. Vanilla, roasted nuts and caramel.
T – Woo. This is good. Nice chocolate and vanilla to start. Sweet whipped cream, almost a marshmallow like flavor. Touch of roasted malts, toffee and coffee. Don’t get a great deal of oakiness but who cares. Manages to be sweet but not cloyingly so. Perfect touch of bitterness to finish. Amazing.
M – Medium to light bodied with ample carbonation. Creamy on the palate.
O – Catapulted to one of my favorites easily. Love the creamy, chocolaty flavors. If you can..get one. You wont be sorry.
