Not a huge selection of unusual beers. But I was able to find some of the freshest Stoneface in the area and a few Jack's Abby beers that were not mainstream.

Awesome store with a great selection and good customer service. They have plenty of different products to choose from and are fairly informed on there products. The owner is a nice man and management as well. They like to work with you and put in special orders on request if needed. I feel this store is a must for anyone driving threw. I stop in frequently as they are always getting new interesting products in every week. They ar working on expanding the store so I can't wait to see how it comes out. If your in the area stop in at discount and try something new.

First off, geography issues aside, Eastman Road is route 302. They are located in a small plaza between Shaw's grocery store and the lights at the North South Road.

Since the most recent reviews they have started accepting credit and debit, but there is a modest surcharge to use them.

These guys definitely specialize in delivering bulk beer to the masses. If you need a place to stock up for a big event this is the place. They have also been ramping up their selection of specialty beers though. They've dedicated some shelf space to singles of interesting brews even some imported Belgians and lambics.

They now have a decent selection of micro brews and the more main stream craft brews as well.

In the back they added an alcove for brewing supplies. Mostly extract kits and basics, nothing wrong with the selection there just don't stop in looking for a full service brew supply store.

The staff is always helpful although some are more friendly than others. All in all a decent store for your basics and almost always something interesting on the shelf. If you're looking for a wide variety of specialty stuff follow 302 into Fryeburg to The Good Beer Store or to a lesser extent up to Intervale to The Vista Store. Both of those places have a wider variety of specialty/craft/micro brews but you will probably pay a little more.

Imagine someone from Quebec complaining about something? I love this place!! The guys that work there are great!!...very helpful and friendly. The prices are also very good and the selection is pretty good too... it's a little small, but now they're expanding!! We have a summer place in Maine and every time we're in the Conway area we always stop in and stock up whether we need anything or not and now we're happy to know we wont see at least one cheap, rude Canadian in there breaking up 6 packs!!

Visited this place last Thursday during our family vacation, shortly after my in person trade with MrRetardedMonkey.

Technically, it's not really on the 302. Go south on the 302 and about 2 blocks past Settlers' Green, turn left on Eastman (there's a Burger King) and it'll be on your right shortly after the Shaw's.

As i entered, first thing i saw was a display of those cheap gimmicky toys and the cash to my left. As i fully enter, lots of cases lying around. I see Flying Dog, Victory and lots of others. Further down, there are some coolers and shelves stocked with 6-packs and bombers. Some Dogfish Head along with locals (Tuckerman, Smuttynose, etc...). Selection was alright but not great.

My main gripe is that they won't break up a 6-pack, which made them lose points in my eyes. Especially since i was short on cash, i would have liked to have tried a selection of different beers instead of sticking to just one. So i ended up not buying anything.

Prices seemed pretty reasonable. I don't think i would come here again except for a quick fix. Much preferred Glen Beverage.

I drove by this place several times, pegging it for another cigarette/lottery ticket/Budweiser hole in the wall.. You know the place, when you're traveling wherever and you stop by in the hopes to find something good, only to be dissapointed by the same old crap.
Anyways, stopped in and was pleasantly surprised.
Nice selection (for NH), micros are down the middle of the store in cases, with sixers and bombers,750's towords the back, most in coolers and some stuff still in cases on the floor.
Maybe not as large a selection as Glen Beverage, but better prices.
A recent trip yielded a good score of S'muttonator,90 min IPA, Julius Echter,Rogue Chocolate stout, SN Celebration.
They also had a good supply of Trout River and the usual Maine micros,as well as Unibroue,Sam Smith.
The help all seem friendly and can't say how helpfull they are, although the one time I asked for something the guy looked high and low, followed by said brew appearing on the shelf next trip by.
If you're in the North Conway area, I'd hit this place first, better prices, but cash only.
It's just off of Rt 16, on Rt 302, just after Shaws on the right.

Edit 3/20/06
Plenty of Bigfoot in house as well as very fresh 90 min IPA.
They are very good about keeping the current Harpoon 100 bbl series coming in, with Kellerbier on the shelf, as well as the current Smutty big beers (Barleywine).
No Unibroue 15 yet though.
Subsequent visits usually include the clerk asking if any help is needed finding anything..Very nice.

Edit 7/28/07
Plenty of good beer here still.
Smutty Farmhouse ale, Duvel, Ommegangs, DFH's (I scored a mismarked case of Festina Peche for $29!), Flying Dog, Tucks 6812 Stout, as well as teh usual suspects.
Cash only still, but there is an in-house ATM that charges $1.50 per transaction.
Good peeps!
