Gonna be honest, this was really disappointing. Way too hoppy and thick for a pilsner, and also more expensive than any of the Czech classics like Urquell and Staropramen. I expected better from Flying Monkeys.

Golden with a slight haze, little carbonation, and 3 fingers of off white head.
Smells of lightly toasted malts, sourdough, and paper.
Tastes of a slight sour note, a light, sweet corn taste, a hint of hoppy fruitiness, and a solid, bitter finish.
Medium body with moderate carbonation.
Got at LCBO, drinking in Muskoka, Feb 18th, 2018.

Deep golden colour, small head, good lace.
Aroma ff grains, citric notes, some caramel.
Medium to full body, average carbonation, creamy, hoppy with some maltiness.
Taste is herbal, citrics, hops. Just a correct beer.

Flying Monkeys Craft Brewery's Canadian Golden Pilsner. Brewed in Barrie, Ontario, Canada.
473ml can. 5.3% alc. 24 IBUs.
Decent off-white head. The beer is almost a honey golden colour. Bit of cloudiness.
Smell is white bread and biscuit. I don't get the yeast-like notes I often associate with Pilsner.
Taste is slightly sweet, plus white bread crust, with a wet-to-dry finish.
This is a little different from most other Pilsners I've tried but still quite enjoyable.

I bought a can of this from Brantford whilst in Canada for my son's hockey tournament. It poured a clear golden with no head and no lace. The scent had hints of biscuit. The taste was evenly balanced and easy to drink. The Mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation . Overall it's a good beer.

I've been on a pilsner kick lately. With the Canadian dollar where it is, I've been resisting the temptation to boot across the river for Victory Prima and have turned to searching locally for the great Canadian version.
I'm not sure if Mythology is that, but it's pretty darned good.
The beer pours a translucent golden yellow with a gorgeous, fluffy white headb that retains very well. You get a lot of bread on the nose, even before your nose gets near it. When you do get closer, you get notes of grass. There are also hints of pepper and lemon.
The crispness hits the lips immediately. To me, this is essential for a pilsner. There's a wonderful balance between the bready malts and the floral hops. Some spice lingers, but that's about it -- you get a seriously clean finish with no lingering astringency.
It's a bit thick for a pilsner, but still very refreshing. More Czech than German in style, if you ask me. Overall, one of the ten or so best pilsners I've had. Nice work, Flying Monkeys!

Fresh can from the lcbo for around $3. Pretty decent, just comes across as a little sweet/syrupy/heavy for a pils. A little tinkering and this would be fantastic.

Appearance: It has a nice golden/yellow color to it. It has a nice thick frothy off-white head that dies down moderately leaves light lacing.
Smell: The aromas definitely give out hints of bready/grainy malts, some floral/grassy hops and faint lemon notes.
Taste: Like the aromas, it has some bready/grainy malts upfront, spicy/floral hops, light grass and faint lemon.
Mouthfeel: It has a low-med carbonation with a nice overall balance and feel.
Drinkability: It's a very smooth drinkable beer accompanied by good flavors and aromas. Refreshing Pilsner.
