On tap @ C'est What? Served in pint glass.

A - Cloudy medium to dark orange in color with a slight glow along the bottom, but otherwise opaque.

S - Sweet caramel malts provide a good balance to a hop profile of tangerine, peach, and grapefruit aromas. Soem cedar present as well. I was not execting cedar in this one but I guess this is an iteration of El Matador?.

T - A big bitterness up front with tangerine, grapefruit, pine and peach notes. There is a big cedar presence that is not overwhelming but is a major component of the palate along with a big, sweet caramel malt backbone.

M - Medium body. Sticky. Light carbonation.
