A: Pours deep amber with a large creamy tan head. Dissipation is rather quick and leaves nice lacings.
S: Sweet bready malt, kind of artificial. Faint bitter hops.
T: Sweet bready malt, light roasted. Bitter hops in the back. Faint spicey with cinnamon.
M: Aftertaste is short, but holds both sweetness and dry bitterness. Body is medium as is the carbonation.
D: As a Swedish macro X-mas beer, not bad. The beers from micro-brewers kicks this beer's ass, but for a macro one - not bad at all.

The smell is a bit caramelized and sweet with some metallic bitterness. Hints of rye bread, weak coffee and cookies. It is a bit flat.
The colour is dark brown, 70 EBC. The liquid is clear; the two finger compact head is amber. Some lacing occurs.
The taste is a bit roasted with hints of toasted bread, light hints of spices (cloves, nutmeg, and cinnamon) and caramel. Passing sour-bitter flavours and a touch of cream. The aftertaste got a slowly growing bitterness, some beef stock and a hint of chocolate. A light sweetness and hints of cocoa powder in the finish.
The carbonation is medium strong; the many small bubbles are fresh. The liquid is semi-smooth and a little sticky.
15 years ago, this was a Swedish Christmas beer that was a bit drier and more focused than the rest. Today, there are many far more interesting and well crafted beers out there.

The beer is clear, dark brown with hints of read, a tan head with unevenly sized bubbles, good lacing.
The smell is mostly malty, bread, hay, a bit stuffy closet and old socks.
Sweet burned notes initially, dark bread, roasted grains, a rather bitter finish.
Medium high carbonation, small bubbles, rather oily and a medium large body, a dry finish.
I must say that this beer was surprisingly good, less swetness and more taste than anticipated.
