The beer is clear pale straw colored, has a white head which settles slowly and leaves good lacing.
The smell has corn flakes, lemon and some nettles in it.
Starts very sweet, frost flakes, then quite much acidity, lemon, lime, rhubarbs, and finishing with some orange peels.
Medium carbonation, rather refreshing, a medium to small body, a dry finish, mostly from the acidity.
If it had been a tad less acid, and three tads less sweet it woul have been better. But for a Scandinavian "big strong" quite OK.

The colour is straw yellow (6 EBC), the liquid clear. The three finger head is airy and almost white. It sinks slowly leaving some thick lacing.
The smell is smooth. Some sweet malty notes with hints of fresh white bread, some flowery bitterness. Some yeasty cellar-notes and red berries in the background.
The taste is sweet and smooth. Bread, some yeast in the background. Mild minerals, some white currants. The aftertaste got a mild growing very clean bitterness, but also a powerful yet clean sweetness. The finish got a mild lingering bitter note.
The carbonation is strong, the bubbles medium sized. The liquid is a bit sticky.
A bit too sweet. Otherwise, a decent Swedish macro pilsener.

A: The color is deep golden with a small white soapy head. Decent lacings. Some small bubbles in the liquid.
S: Grainy sweet malt. Some bitter hops and faint citric notes. A bit artificial.
T: Creamy sweet malt. Bitter hops. Dry breadyness.
M: Long bitter aftertaste. Body is medium, smooth and carbonation rich but not offensive.
O: Surprisingly well crafted beer from Falcon.
