look: 3.5 | smell: 2.5 | taste: 2.5 | feel: 3 | overall: 2.5

The colour is dark red-brown; the liquid is somewhat cloudy. The head is two fingers high and pale brown.

The not-very-strong smell is somewhat earthy and hoppy. Hints of malts.

The taste is very malty with earthy and dense flavours: Gravy, vitamin B yeast capsules, hints of coffee and rye bread. Mid- to full flavoured. The strong aftertaste is a bit muggy, but not very sweet with unclean flavours of ripe fruit and roasted nuts.

The carbonation is medium to strong; the bubbles medium. The liquid is medium smooth.

I think this beer had too much malty flavours for the mild hops. Unclean and a bit heavy.
