Pours a clear golden amber coloration with a medium foamy, lasting head. Smells of light biscuity malt and citrus/tropical fruit notes of grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple and papaya, with just a hint of floral, herbal accents. Taste follows the nose, with a good balance of biscuity malt, somewhat floral, citrus, tropical hops with notes of grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple and papaya, with just a hint of piney, herbal accents. Finishes with a light/medium bitterness and some citrus/tropical notes lingering in the aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel with a light/medium body and medium carbonation.
A nice Pale Ale with a good balance of flavors, but a somewhat light body and mouthfeel. Also a tad too sweet and floral for my personal taste, although this is somewhat balanced by the bitter, herbal notes.

Pours a clear light amber with fine, sopy head.
Smell is citrusy and floral with hints of sweetness and strawberries.
Taste is citrusy to start. Nice, solid malt base gives some sweetness and prop up some big floral notes and hints of elderflower. Moderate bitterness, and very balanced.
Mouthfeel is medium, well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice, drinkable APA, a style that Oppigårds excel at.

The colour is yellow with a tint of gold, it is very pale for an APA. The two fingers head is white and airy, it sinks down to a thin ring leaving some lacing.
The smell is balanced with clean malt sweetness and fruity hops: Grapefruit, lemon peel, orange and ripe red apples. Chalk, lactose and rubber in the background.
The taste is smooth with quite low bitterness. Smooth, almost sticky sweetness. Passing hints of rubber. Growing exotic fruits like mango, grapefruit and tangerines. Medium body. The aftertaste brings alcohol on a low level, lactose, retsina and spicy black pepper. The long finish is fresh with clean bitterness, apricots and green grapes.
The carbonation is medium to light, the few mid-sized bubbles are short-lived.
A modern APA that brings juicy hops from the NEIPA style, but it brings a fine malty body to smooth them out.
