Pours fizzy bronze-gold with a creamy white head that leave a crust. Big fresh hop nose - grapefruit and floral. Caramel and mango malts but grapefruit creeps in from the start. Nectar and some IBUs come out as it warms. Lemony end, fruity linger. Soft, round and crisp.
Pure Chinook, says the label.
Creamy and clean APA, but doesn't live up to the nose.

A: Pour is deep golden with a large white compact creamy head that slowly sinks into beautiful spider-web-like lacings.
S: Rich American-style hops, both bitter and floral; fresh citric and piney notes. Lots of fruits; pineapple, lemon and grapefruit, actually sezt from all thoes fruits. Flowery. The caramell malt balances the strong hoppyness in a nice way.
T: Bitter and floral hops. At frist bitter but then floral. Piney and citric, much like from the smell, but here the hoppy dominance is a bit more held back and the malty caramell a bit stronger. The balance is great.
M: Aftertaste is rather long and bitter. Body is medium and carbonation the same.
D: Yet again, the Oppigårds produces another great APA.

The smell is very fresh, strong and hoppy. Apricots, citric fruits, flowers, orange peels, dough, honey, peach candy and an elegant bitterness.
The head is compact, finger thick and off-white. It is firm and sinks slowly leaving thick amounts of lacing. The liquid is clear, the colour deep yellow (10 EBC).
The taste is at first bitter and clean. Then, hoppy citric and fruity flavours emerges. Fresh, clean bitter dry flavours of orange peels, grapefruits, dry bitter herbs, sweet dough and plums. The body is light to medium. The aftertaste is dry and hoppy with honey, bitter herbs, dried apricots and a very balanced and elegant bitterness. Dough and sour fruit candy in the finish.
The carbonation is medium strong, the medium sized bubbles light. The liquid is a little light.
A very clean and fresh beer with an elegant hoppy profile.

The beer is clear deep golden, copper and brass tones, an off-white large head with big bubbles, settling rather quickly but leaving good lacing.
The smell is fresh citric, lemon and bitter oranges. Some newly cut grass.
The taste is very much in the hgrape-fruit area, newly pressed slightly sweet red grape-fruit juice, the finishing of with bitter grape-fruit peel.
Medium high carbonation, small lively bubbles, medium body, a good dry finish.
A really fresh and hoppy ale, gives you energy and reminds you of the awakening of nature.
