This one of a kind beer is brewed as a pilsner style beer which is then combined with natural apple juice and essence. The result is a refreshingly smooth beer with a crisp, clean finish, which is perfect for complimenting or cooking with poultry, pork and seafood.
Nickel Brook Green Apple Pilsner is a wonderful alternative for those looking for something new!

Straw and filtered with moderate carbonation and 2 fingers of white, fizzy head.
Smells of apples and apple jam, apple candy, and sort of a fruity apple confection.
The taste is of apples, apple confection, slightly sweet, very little tartness, and a hint of bubblegum.
Light body with heavy carbonation.
Got in Toronto, drinking in Muskoka, Mar 10, 2018. About what I'd expect from this brew based on the description.

This is a perfect example of a beer that in theory, could be quite great, but is just an epic fail. It tastes like a bad Jolly Rancher, for a great green apple beer, I'll stick to my Unibroue Ephemere Pomme. This is probably the only weak beer in Nickel Brook's catalog, the rest of their beers are generally fantastic to say the least.

A perfect beer for those who don't like beer. Basically like a green apple cooler.
