Pours a nice clear copper-gold with a nice frothy head.
Smells grassy, biscuit and a very strange hop aroma, some citrus also.
If you like dust, you'll like this beer. Not sure if I like this, it's very dry, almost tastes sandy or dusty(no joke), it must be the hops they use, or possibly the organic malts, very strange. Some citrus, breadiness.
Dry, carbonated mouthfeel, a very interesting beer nonetheless.

A: brilliant light amber. Head dissipates quickly
S: Subtle malt, noble hops, in line with style.
M: Clean, well rounded with a bit of sweetness.
T: Just enough complexity to make it interesting. Enjoyable.
M: Light body, high carbonation. What I'd expect from a lager.
I'm not a particularly big lager drinker, but I really enjoyed this one! Very drinkable.

From notes
Appearance: It has a nice semi-cloudy golden orange/yellow color to it. It has a nice white head that dies down moderately and leaves little lacing.
Smell: The aromas give out hints of grains, corn and light grassy hops. Not a whole lot going on here.
Taste: Like the aromas, it has a macro like taste of corn and grains along with some grassy hops and some light bready and caramelly malts.
Mouthfeel: It has a high carbonation with a somewhat watery overall balance and feel.
Drinkability: It's a very smooth drinkable beer accompanied with decent flavors and aromas.

Apricot orange under a spritzy, fizzy short-lived head. No lace. Like the colour, that's as nice as it gets appearance-wise.
Subtle grassy hop nose. Sweet to start, grainy and malty, but a little thin-bodied. Lingering tartness.
I have a hard time understanding why breweries flog organic brews, because it strikes me that, as a general rule, they're underwhelming (oh yeah -- that marketing thing). This one at least passes that low bar, but remains essentially an average brew.

Umm first of all, I thought this was the Apple Pilsener.
Second of all it expired over a month ago... (Both my fault)
Regardless...
A- Crystal clear orange color, VERY short lived fizzy white head. Lacing is non-existent.
S- Apples and pears with a typical biscuity lager aroma.
T- Apples and pears again with the same digestive cookie taste and lager flavors.
M- Light bodied, good carbonation.
O- It isn't bad, it isn't great.

Great orange/amber color but...
But the compliments end there.
The "Head" is more like the fizz of a soda
The flavour is bitter and hangs in your mouth in an unattractive way.
And please for the love of god, don't let it warm.
If you want a pale lager, Creemore has better offerings.

Another selection from the spring OCB mixer.
A - Pours a slightly hazy golden copper colour, finger of head with little retention and no real lacing.
S - Musty cardboard, sweet corn, burnt sugar, and grassy hop notes on the finish.
T - Unique earthy flavour, muddled cardboard, burnt sugar, sour grassy and lemon citrus hop notes, and a bready sourdough flavour lingers.
M - Medium, smooth and a touch of dryness on the finish.
O - A tasty pale lager, some hop presence which is nice, but I'm struggling to get over the musty coardboard flavour that's coming through.

Tallboy can picked up at the Fanshawe Park LCBO; best before Oct. 29th 2011 so this is a little past its prime.
Pours a lovely translucent golden-amber colour, with a nice frothing, puffy white head that dies down over a period of minutes. It leaves behind a soapy, uneven cap and plenty of lacing on the sides. Old or not, this is a very attractive lager. The aroma is agreeable I guess - and I say 'I guess' because it is so faint that I can't be entirely sure. It barely smells like anything, but at least the scant notes of odour are of barley and honey rather than corn husk and cardboard.
Fortunately for this beer, taste is a far more important consideration than aroma - because it actually tastes rather good. Grainy, bready barley malts and a touch of honey sweetness rounded off with some grassy hops and light lemony citrus. Slight apple-juice tang in the finish, but otherwise clean. Light-bodied, pretty watery, with low-ish carbonation that may or may not be due to the age.
This is probably the best beer I've tried from this brewery, other than their Headstock. Simple taste with no sign of adjuncts; just a nice, crisp, refreshing lager.
Final Grade: 3.52, a solid B on the letter grade scale. In my opinion one of the better Ontario-made pale lagers. Maybe it would be even better fresh? I'll probably find out some time.
