Reddish appearance, slightly hazy. Abundant beige foam.
The smell is very very citric, bergamotto over all. Fresh and intense. Some tropical fruitiness.
Full taste, malty, some caramel, but the hoppy notes dominates all. Citrussy, tropical, fruity.
A hint of apple and white flowers. And bergamotto.
Good body, not a great drinkability, but good.

Light amber and clear. Frothy, 2 fingers, off-white head. Slowly diminishing. Decent lacing. High aroma of flowers and fruits upfront. High hoppy bitterness. Very high, pleasent hop flavor. Medium body. Average carbonation, oily and juicy. Long bitter finish. Alcohol well covered.
Tasty.

330ml bottle, apparently an IPA made with bergamot - yay. The name translates to 'Day & Dew', whatever the hell that means.
This beer pours a hazy, dark apricot amber colour, with three fingers of puffy, finely foamy, and somewhat creamy off-white head, which leaves some chunky and gnarled tree branch lace around the glass as it very lazily subsides.
It smells of pungent mixed citrus fruit, blended with overly floral perfume, splashed over a grainy, semi-sweet caramel maltiness. The taste is sharp pine resin, acrid florals, underripe orange and white grapefruit citrus, grainy and crackery pale malt, a touch of caramel sweetness, and further musty perfumed notes.
The carbonation is fairly restrained via its tame frothiness, the body a solid medium weight, and sort of smooth, as all those citrusy and green hoppy esters can only keep their grubby hands to themselves for so long. It finishes off-dry, and predominately floral and orange-esque, the guest ingredient really earning its appearance fees.
Overall, I gotta give props to De Molen for their simple and truthful advertising (IPA-ish, yep), as well as for not equivocating on the bergamot flavour, even if I'm not a fan of it myself, which accounts for the docking in taste points, but otherwise, this is a pretty solid brew.

IPA with bergamot and dry hopped with amarillo, cascade, simcoe and columbus. Clear orange color with off-white head. Aroma is really floral, like a soft perfume. Taste is quite bitter all the way and builds up to the finish. A nice IPA overall but the bitterness is a bit harsh.
