Poured into a Dogfish Spiegelau glass. No freshness date.
A- Pours a semi-hazy medium amber color with a full inch of light tan head that retains well displaying interesting large caverns of bubbles before becoming an 1/8 inch craggy head. Semi-resilient lacing leaves large clots behind.
S- Earthy, musty hop aroma with some bready malt in the back.
T- Starts off with some grassy hop flavor that pairs well with the solid malt backbone and then bitterness comes creeping in, lingers for a bit, then finishes fruity and somewhat sweet. Very drinkable. Good resinous hop burps.
M- Somewhat thin and a bit oily. Medium carbonation and a body leaning toward the fuller side.
O- Quite good. More unique and malty than the others I've had from the monthly series of IPAs.

Bomber into a bow tie pint glass
A. Very cloudy yellow gold with a huge 2 to 3 fingers of an off white bubbly head. Over carbonated
S. Very bready. Lots of sweet tropical aromas, papaya, mango, sweet orange.
T. When cold this exhibits lots of bitterness but as it warms up the malt balances it and the nice sweet tropical notes flourish
M. Bitterness is there, but it's still plenty of sweetness to take it back, still is fairly balanced.
O. Surprisingly good. Drink this at a warmer than normal temperature though
