The recipe is simple. Take some hoppy. Add some yum. Nutty malts lend a surprisingly sweet base to copious additions of tangerine-y Simcoe™ hops. Great aroma, superior taste, clean dry finish. One sip will show you why this is our most popular beer . . . followed closely by a strong desire to take another sip.

12 ounce can in a Toms River Brewing stemmed IPA glass. It’s fresh, canned less than 30 days ago.
Nice looking golden copper color. Not quite clear but see-through. Clean white cap, 1F, sticky ring lacing.
The aroma belongs to the orange citrus family, tangerine described. Caramel malt doused with hops, citrus and pine.
The flavor comes as caramel malt laced with the piney hop and orange citrus taste.
It’s light bodied, dry, and upfront bitterness.
A real AIPA.

Picked up on a trip south, poured from can into a grip shaped goblet: color is transparent copper, head is off white to very light tan and presents 1 finger thick.
Smell is crisp malt and bitter hops: notes of toast and caramel malt, citric forward with light pine hop, some grapefruit pith and lighter citrus juice.
Taste is similar with bitter crisp hops and lightly sweet malt to balance: malt is toast and caramel, hops are citrus rind/pith, pine, earth, herbal, lighter tangerine.
Mouthfeel is crisp/moderate carbonation, moderate sweetness, moderate/stronger bitterness to finish, lingering presence is bitter and light malt sweetness.
Overall a crisp, malty, bitter IPA that hits the marks for IPA in all categories. Great find on vacation.

Pint can poured into ipa glass -Fresh crisp smell of the hops as it builds a nice marshmallowy head on a medium golden body. Firm creamy head lasts forever....bright hop aromas are inviting....
taste is exactly what you expect after the introduction.....light bright malt sweetness disappears into hop complexity and bitter clean finish. It's a top shelf ipa in my book, glad to recommend this to any ipa lover.
