Had the Jade IPA in both can and the long neck bottles. Refreshing pine overtone, and subtle after taste on the palette. Very enjoyable on a hot day. Need to bring som home up north.

What most West Coast IPAs wish they were. Uses its hops beautifully, boldly, and with finesse, as opposed to cramming them into some sticky pour you have to fight to finish. Nose is pretty one-dimensional but delicious. Flavors of tropical fruits (pineapple, coconut, papaya), citrus (grapefruit without the pith), pine bitterness, and just enough peppery spice to make it stand out at the end. Up there with Raging Bitch.

Pours golden with a 1.5" white head, which lasts. Moderate lacing. Slight haze.
Aroma is floral, orange, lemon, grapefruit, slight grass.
Taste is grapefruit, lemon, pine, black pepper.
Medium body, lively carbonation. Dry, resinous finish.
Another very good IPA.
