A:
Pours a hazy, orangish gold with a billowing three fingers of pristine white fluff that drops to a decent film. OK retention; scattered lacing. (4)
S:
Mandarins, guava, mango, a little earthy citrus pith underneath, but mainly sweet, juicy fruit aromas. (4.25)
T:
Similar light citrus sweetness to the aroma with lots of ripe stonefruit juiciness and a more pronounced orange peel bitterness with a dry resinous finish. (4.25)
M:
Medium-minus body with a pretty dry finish, light carbonation, super drinkable. (4.25)
O:
Very good IPA.
This is a super-drinkable, fruity, resiny, bitter, dry, easy-drinking beer that I would (nay, will) gladly have again. Pours lovely. The aroma is very bright with lots of juicy citrus. The flavor follows suit with a decent dose of rustic centennial sap in the background. Incredibly drinkable. Very good beer.
I am excited to know that they'll be brewing this as a regular beer. Will have again. (4.25)

Bottle: Poured a bright orangey/amber color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of fresh bright citrusy hops notes with great tropical fruit notes is quite awesome. Taste is also a great mix of fresh green floral hops notes with loads of floral citrusy notes with some tropical notes and light residual sugar notes. Body is quite full for style with good carbonation. Solid IPA with nice floral notes and no bitterness.

20/10/2016 lot 682.
Hazy, dirty straw with a white head, thin ring of retention, light lace.
Huge hop aroma, mango, pineapple, pine, nectarine, grapefruit rind, bit of weed.
Restrained bitterness with plenty of hop flavour, but not overbearing. Lots of tropical fruit, citrus and pine.
Smooth mouthfeel with a light acidity.
Really great IPA!

8oz glass at Beer Revolution YEG Oliver Square - once upon a time, we would get the big bottles from this brewery out here first, but no longer is that the case.
This beer appears a hazy, pale golden yellow colour, with a very thin cap of wispy and faintly bubbly bone-white head, which leaves a few instances of ocean plume lace around the glass as things slowly recede.
It smells of juicy tropical fruit (pineapple, guava, kiwi, and passion fruit), grainy and crackery pale malt, and some understated leafy, weedy, and floral green hop bitters. The taste is slightly dank pine resin, muddled exotic fruit, further domestic citrus rind, bready and grainy pale malt, a lesser biscuity caramel sweetness, and more burgeoning leafy, herbal, and gently perfumed verdant hoppiness.
The carbonation is fairly meek in its hard to discern frothiness, the body a solid medium weight, and mostly smooth, with the various hoppy esters making a small dent in the proceedings here. It finishes trending dry, even with the lingering tropical hops and malt persisting.
Overall, this comes across as a pleasantly earnest attempt at one of the current New World IPA incarnations - antipodean hops the vector chosen, apparently. Fruity and quite easy to drink, it's always nice to re-establish my connection with this Quebecois operation.

Super fresh bottle (9 days old)
A: The beer pours the usual light hazy amber color as what you'd expect of an American IPA properly done. The head is a slightly off white color with the usual fluffy texture that you'd expect. Tons of retention, quite surprising for the abv.
S: Smell is light but what there is is amazing. Pineapples, clementines, mangoes, all the good things. Not a ton of bitter notes but some pine resin like smell.
T: Follows the nose pretty well but there is more bitterness than expected which is really nice. So, pineapples, clementines and mangoes still there but a good amount of orange peel and pine resin like bitterness.
M: Very well done. Quite fluffy (maybe thanks to the wheat in the beer), not sticky, really good carbonation for the genre.
O: This is the best IPA we have in Quebec, by a large margin. The closest there is to actual West Coast or Vermont IPA's. That makes me want to try their DIPA really bad but they release it once a year at the brewery only :(.

Really nice look, a little bit cloudy with lots of carbonation and a really nice white head. Beer is dark golden.
Completely incredible smell, almost feel like fruit punch. Grapefruits, oranges, kiwis and bananas.
The taste is also wonderful, grapefruits and oranges are the main flavors there. A little bit of apples flavors are also detectable. Medium bitterness.
Nice carbonation on the tongue but I feel like there's not enough body.
A really really solid IPA, too easy to drink.

750ml cork and cage bottle poured into a wine glass
A- pours a murky golden color with a one-finger head that has geed retention after the pour
S- smells of juicy tropical hops; pineapple, mango, guava, grapefruit, with light undertones of toasted malt, very nice
T- hops aren't as strong in taste, big notes of toasted malt up front. Mid-palate does bring out some tropical juiciness; mango, passionfruit & pineapple. The finish is dry with a linger of toasted cracker malt and tropical hops
M- medium body with low carbonation leads to a foamy mouthfeel and a murky finish
O- was pleasantly surprised by this one, every Canadian IPA i've had up to this point drank like a mundane pale ale, this one is bordering on American east coast style

At Bier Market Montreal. Winning me over as #2 in a flight. 7 Oz. Must visit.
A) Light golden yellow with a white head that lasts and laces tidal rings.
S) Aroma is citric, dank with fruit & mystery. (Which is good)
T) Unusual profile, the malt comes in force with caramel wood shop/ pine shellac finish. ‘
F) Medium carb and weight, but pleasant tickly peppery feel and finish. Unusual.
O) Quebecoise IPAs win by being different and more northern european.

Straw and slightly hazy with a little carbonation and 4 fingers of rocky, off white head.
Smells very fruity of pineapple, jackfruit, soursop and other tropical fruits.
The taste follows the nose and is even more complex, including more tropical fruits, and apples, pears, and oranges.
Medium body, with light carbonation.
I got this at Brou HaHa in Gatineau, Quebec and am drinking it in Muskoka, Ontario, Feb 18th, 2018. Excellent taste and great nose on this one.
