Swirl poured into a weizen glass. Lots of carbonation. Two finger bubbly head. Hazy yellow colour. Good head retention. Yeasty citrus smells. Mild yeast flavours up front with a spicy tangle in the aftertaste. Light refreshing mouthfeel. Drinkability was high. A very drinkable version of a drinkable style. Too bad these seem to be only available in a combi pack.

Cloudy light gold colour with a one-finger head. Yeast dominates the aroma ( with some sweet banana overtones but overpowered by the yeast) and taste. Average carbonation and low bitterness. Feels a tad flat but nice overall. Not my favourite LTM.

This beer is more like a blond taste. Chrystal blond color. Low carbonation. Small bitter taste.

A: a mildy cloudy light orangish color. One finger of head on top of the beer. Decent retention and lacing but nothing astounding looking.

S: The yeasty phenoly characteristics of a hefe are all there.

T: Very yeasty and bread like. Malts provide a nice sweetness but are balanced appropriately for the style. Cloves are most prominent but banana esters also poke their head out.

M: Very clean and easy drinking. The drinkability is very nice and the beer is quiet refreshing.

O: It was a pretty good beer but I could definately see this shining with some german cuisine. I'm thinking the traditional wiesswurst and pretzels.

No date on the bottle, alas.

Small-to-medium fizzy head atop a light clear (especially for unfiltered) gold body. Smells sweet and wheaty. The bottle suggests banana on the nose, but we don't get it.

A dry, acidic fizzy first impression. Refreshing. Just a hint of funk maybe. Maybe a hint of a fruity (pear?) finish. Not much going on, but very refreshing. A beer's beer.

341ml bottle.

This beer pours a cloudy pale straw colour, with two fingers of thin foamy white head, which leaves a thin droopy ring of lace around the glass as it recedes. It smells of fruity banana esters, white pepper, and light wheat grain. The taste is spicy wheat grain up front, followed by a funky yeastiness, pithy banana, spicy clove, and some mild citrus. The carbonation is on the restrained side, the body medium weight, a bit prickly, and just short of smooth. It finishes off-dry, the wheat character becoming more prevalent.

Not too shabby a hefe - banana and wheat, not too sweet, I deem this to be a minor treat...

Poured into my Champps glass..

result is a very fizzy medium golden color beer. almost no head. some kind of cloudy but pretty clear to me..

smell is nice, fruity, banana, sweet stuff..

taste is not what I expected after that nice smell. Theres something about banana but its a bit odd and offtrack

carbonation is taking over the mouthfeel,

drinkability, well its the worst of the mixed pack. Probably alright with a burger or something.
