look: 4 | smell: 4.5 | taste: 4.5 | feel: 4.5 | overall: 4.5

A: Brown beer with good beige head with good retention and lacing. The beer isn't translucent at all.

S: Well, it's a very malty beer. Tons of caramel malts with sweet smells like : vanilla, caramel, brown sugar, maple syrup with a nice level of molasses. Milk chocolate also seems to be present. Tons of cereal smells, somewhat multi grain toast like. Also a bit of sharp grassy hops.

T: At 5.5, this beer is very very big tasting. Very much like the smell with tastes of : vanilla, caramel, brown sugar, maple syrup and good molasses coupled with milk chocolate. More cereals than in the smell, the analogy with the multi grain bread being much more present in the taste than in the smell. Some sweet grape like taste that wasn't picked in the smell are also present. Cuts at the end with the grassy hops just like in the smell.

M: Heavy, but not very heavy. Definitely the biggest brew I've ever tasted that is under 6 ABV. It really fits the taste perfectly and is highly enjoyable. Also, mid level of carbonation that keeps this one quite lively.

D: I'd take 2 please.

Definitely the best sessionable beer I've had the pleasure to taste. It's big tasting and feeling, but still is 5.5 ABV, AMAZING BREW!!

EDIT: It is now brewed in 4.1 ABV and is just as good as the 5.5 which is extremely surprising. A bit hoppier with those grassy malts though.
