The colour is gold; the liquid clear. The three finger head is white and compact; it sinks slowly leaving some lacing.
The smell is hoppy with citric notes of oranges and grapefruit. Sweet notes of mixed exotic fruits, and a hint of wheat sourness.
The taste got a passing clean bitterness. Growing fruity sweetness. Citric notes of grape fruits and lemon peel, some lemon flavouring. Light to medium body. The aftertaste got growing floral bitterness, bread-like malts and a touch of dough. The mild finish got some harsh lemon-like bitterness.
The carbonation is medium strong; the many small bubbles are fresh and long-lived. The liquid is semi-smooth.
A highly drinkable APA at just 4.7%. Not bad for a macro beer.
