This by far the best store in the Acworth area, they always get the limited releases and have a great selection on hand of year long brews. There is always nice staff that help you out. Can't go wrong with this store, they will take care of all your needs.

This is the better beer store in surrounding areas. Always a great selection, knowledgeable staff that will steer you in the direction you need to go if you have any questions. I personally drive here to do my my shopping, as there is a great selection of brews. If you need a beer, you can find it here! (Sorry, cheese to go with the wine ;) )

Beverage Mart is the best beer store.... in Acworth, GA. Because it is in a beer desert, most people don't purchase some of the better stuff, like Ommegang Ommegeddon, Brooklyn Black Ops, Avery Czar, the Terrapin Golden ticket stuff, etc. The selection is decent, and soon they should be bringing in more rare and eclectic stuff. The service is good, and if you have any beer questions, ask for David. It's close to my house, and I'm glad they are there. I wish they could get more rarities and specialty stuff, and then did some advertising on some social networking sites to make sure it sells, in order to bring their beer selection to the next level. Hopefully they aren't "allergic" to success.

Let me start out by saying that I am from Alabama and we have outdated beer laws (nothing larger than 16oz. containers & <6% ABV). So I am staying in Acworth, Georgia for several days and wanted to try some new beers. I did a little research and found that the Beverage Mart was close to where I am staying. Seeing as how we don't have any stores like this in Tuscaloosa, let me just say "WOW!" I was very impressed with all the liquor, wine, and beer selection. Over half of the store was devoted to liquor and the remaining half was split between wine and beer. I was amused by all the different sizes of liquor bottles...some were very LARGE. I really did not get a chance to look at the wine selection. However, I did notice that there was a walk-in wine cellar next to the beer coolers. As far as the beer selection, I was almost able to find all the beer that I was looking for. I was very impressed with the selection! They had several coolers of beer and also a walk-in beer cooler. They had just as much sitting outside the coolers as they did in the coolers. Seeing as how this was the first store of its kind that I had been in, I must say that I was very impressed. Now I have something to compare to when I go to Green's in Atlanta.

I was surprised when I first went in. The selection is pretty decent... Belgians...alot of microbrews. They still have cases of Seirra Nevada Celebration Ale from last year... so that tells me they either over ordered or nobody really shops there that loves beer.
They seem to be lacking in getting new beers quickly. I see alot of the same beers time and time again there. They need to get more brands.
Still... it's kinda dry up in this area as for selection...so in a pinch you won't be disappointed.

This is a pretty good place to find a good selection of beer. Not the biggest store or biggest selection for the area, but still a respectable establishment. I've bought quite a few Belgians lately from other establishments that have gone bad. Everything I have bought here has been great. They even keep some imports and craft beers in an unlit walk in cooler. I wish they would move some of the macro lagers out of there and make more room for the imports and craft beers, but I digress. This will probably be my new supplier, since they have everything I enjoy the most and have never bought a bad bottle from them yet.

Stopped into this place on a lark and was pleasantly surprised. A nice selection of beer, especially being this far north of the city. Treats include Rodenbach and Boon, beers I have not seen outside of Green's downtown. Imports, domestics, locals - this place had a little bit of everything. Service was fine, asked me if I needed help finding something, etc. Prices were more than fair for the area. Lots in the cooler, even more beer on the floor. The only drawback was the old beer I found sitting around. Not much but check dates where applicable. A good find and the best option in Acworth. No doubt.
