This lightly colored ale has a delicate floral aroma and flavor reminiscent of Williamsports first breweries, clean and crisp with just a touch of lingering sweetness leading to a dry, balanced finish.

Pours a hazy pale yellow color with a white head. In the aroma, floral and some wheat like notes. In the taste, a dry floral presence with some lemon notes. A small bitterness and a medium bodied mouthfeel, with a dry floral note in the aftertaste. Basic, clean, and fresh. I wouldn't say this is a Kolsch, more a summery wheat.

Not too bad for the style, though I don't really care much for the style in general. Golden yellow pour, clear, with a thin wispy white head that retained as a small ringlet. Aroma of sweet malts, toasted grains, light floral hops. Taste of biscuity malts, a little honey sweetness, light floral hops. Light body, an easy drinker for the less adventurous.

Draft offering at the source. The brew appears a crystal clear pale yellow color with a thin white head that is quick to collapse.
The aroma is nearly completely muted. It takes quite a while for it to warm up in my glass before any noticeable scent is detected. What does permiate is a scent of mild lemony hop aspect with a faint backing of sweet grainy character.
The taste is lemony upfront almost like rice crispy candy/treats of some sort coupled with a wheaty fresh grain aspect. There is a mild herbal inclusion of hops that imparts a contrasting amount of bitterness.
This is a light bodied brew. It's most noteable aspect is how crisp the finish is and how easy drinking. This presents itself as an everyday beer for someone who just wants to effortlessly throw a bunch back without puttin much thought into it.
