Decent beer. Minimal lacing and an underwhelming smell, but the citrus taste and the hops both agree on the palate.

Had on-tap as the 'guest tap' at Otto's in State College, PA. Poured into a pint glass.
L: Pours a clear dark golden color. Two fingers of white head. Good retention.
S: Citrus.. tangerine and oranges on top of newly baked bread.
T/F: Bready malts at the outset giving way to a nice citrus hop profile... strong notes of tangerine and orange, milder lemon zest in the background. Peppercorns add some spice, and very mild evergreen. Medium carbonation and slightly resinous. Finishes dry.
O: A nice citrusy IPA... reminds me a bit of New Belgium's 'Citradelic'. Very sessionable and tasty.

Poured a clear golden orange body with two finger head that died quick and left lace patches down glass. The aroma has citric notes, but there is a grapefruit presence in the aroma as well along with minimal sweet malts. Beer is light bodied, overall a bit spicy and dry with a bitter citric hoppiness that doesn't balance but is at least kept in check with a touch of grapefruit sweetness and possible caramel/bread malts

On tap at Denny’s Beer Barrel in Clearfield, PA
$ 5.50/16 oz glass ($ 0.344/oz)
Aroma – very citrusy/lemony – like Lemon Pledge
Head removed by bartender, what remains is two cm, white, creamy, diminishing to three mm creamy ring and layer
Lacing excellent – complete wide rings of tiny bubbles
Body light yellow, chill haze
Flavor – odd, starts citrusy, again the Lemon Pledge comes to mind, ends slightly bitter; no malt, no alcohol, no diacetyl
Palate medium, watery, lively carbonation
Appearance 4.5, Aroma 3.5, Flavor 3.5, Palate 4, Overall 3.75

Pours a pale yellow green with little white head that quickly dissipates.
Smell is heavy grapefruit, with orange and floral notes.
Taste is big bitter and sweet grapefruit up front with some sweet orange notes hear and there, finishes dry and bitter. A very taste pale ale perhaps a little dominated by the grapefruit.

I tried this on tap at Hunger N Thirst -the Orange version, I understand it is a similar recipe with grapefruit added originally.
The color is clear amber with thick white head with good retention. The smell is almost like citrus gatorade -so tangy and orange heavy you don't really know if you are going to be drinking beer. The feel is good with lots of hops and malt yet the citrus adds a type of bright acidity to lighten the feel with good carbonation and dry finish.
This is a tasty hoppy ale, but I think the abundance of zest from the orange has overtaken the usually aromatic american hops to the point where it makes you wonder if it is covering something? I liked this enough t keep drinking but the citrus infusion was so intense it almost has that beer-cooler type effect where I would have like a little more hop character to balance.
