An English style IPA, Hop on or Die, is heavy handed on the hoppy bitterness just enough to balance out the florals, resulting in a smooth copper toned beer.
This isn’t an over-hopped West Coast style IPA hiding poor quality with a palate-wrecking quantity of hops, it is smooth, delicate and well balanced.

Appearance: Hazy golden amber in color, with a moderate, somewhat coarse off-white head. Scattered patches of foam cling to the glass wall.
Aroma: Moderate pine tar and grapefruit hops, against a backdrop of strong caramel malt. This seems the prototypical aroma for the style.
Taste: Opens with a good bit of piney and lesser grapefruit hops, against a backdrop of caramel and bread malts. The pine hops carry the show, of course, but the grapefruit rind carries on. The caramel and bread malts provide a subdued undercurrent, and offer a degree of balance. Finishes with lingering pine and metallic hops.
Mouth feel: Soft and pleasant, perhaps just a bit thin, with moderate zesty carbonation.
Drinkability/notes: A decent and very drinkable example. Cheers to Mexico's craft breweries for exploring new styles.
Presentation: Packaged in a twelve-ounce brown glass longneck bottle with a twist-off crown, served in a Duvel tulip glass.

Poured a dark amber color, there were lots of floaties in this beer. Smell is straight malts up front. The taste with this one is interesting, it reminded me of a more hoppy malta rather than a beer, there are some chocolate notes, very sharp bitter aftertaste. This beer isn't particularly heavy on the mouthfeel. Overall, I thought it was an interesting beer with a very distinct flavor profile.

Cloudy deep gold..Massive soapy head. Artificial smell. Initially halfway decent hops flavors diminish as beer level drops and beer warms, turning into a cloying, artificial sweet mess that smacks of an imminent hangover. Who cares about the mouthfeel or carbonation, don't go near this.

Clean amber appearance. Decent foam.
In the smell floral and resinous hop, some tropical and pineapple. A bit too much tropical.
In the taste again, malt, hop, honey. A bit heavy and boring taste.
Almost chewy.
Drinkable, no more.

Pours a murky amber/orange with an outstanding pillowy head that retains well, giving well to excellent lacing.
The aromas are inviting and somewhat off-beat for the style. The hops are very floral and present, but a strong malt presence/backbone and a surprisingly-strong crackery yeast note deliver in spades--although the aromas as a whole are rather muted.
After a strong start, the brew falters at the palate. Well-balanced, yes, but lacking any nuance or complexity. And then mineral/metallic notes take over at the finish.
The mouthfeel is "wet" and not too much more. Good carbonation provides surprisingly tepid finish, lacking the crispness expected.
Overall, a mediocre take.

Aroma of tropical fruit (mango, foremost) and a bit of citrus. Pours a dark amber, nicely carbonated, good head. Light sweet intro changing into a dry bitterness. Body is medium. It has a nice malt backbone, but it’s not really nuanced enough. Too little fruit, the dry bitter finish is kinda metallic. It’s an alright beer, but not great. Would've been nice, but I guess import has taken its toll on this bottle.
