Poured from the 12 oz bottle.

Clear amber color inside the glass. A good frothing head around three fingers thick, of off white color. Super awesome lacing, that is just phenomenal. Excellent head retention. Some minor bubbles are seen rising up, slowly.

A good amount of malt in the nose, a bad news for an IPA. Very low on aromatic hops. One of the faintest smell from an IPA i have ever opened. Very slight earthy and flowery hops. Citrus - yes, piney - not much.

A lot of caramel and bready malt taste in the nose. Some bitterness as it enters the tongue. A dry slightly bitter aftertaste. Very malty and caramel flavored for an IPA.

Mouth feel is medium bodied. No astringency, slightly higher than moderate carbonation. A little more thick bodied than normal IPAs out there. Not enough oily or resin like feel.

I am not sure of the bottling date but it is an average IPA at best. Only thing that stands out is its appearance.

12 oz Bottle poured into snifter

A: Clear copper color, with about a fingers worth of off white head.

S: Mango, white grapes, light caramel notes, sweet, light zestiness. Clean and crisp.

T: Dark caramel flavors, fruity, floral and sweet, bready. Subtle lingering bitterness.

M: Medium body

O: Caramel malt flavors are very prevalent, with subtle fruity and grainy/bready qualities. Definitely a more malt forward IPA.
