Belgian Ales represent the height of the brewers’ art. Sophisticated brewing techniques, yeast blends, and unique flavoring elements have elevated the beers of Belgium to the status enjoyed by wine in other countries.

PranQster follows in this tradition using a mixed culture of antique yeast strains that produce a floral nose, a full fruity flavor, and a clean finish.

Pours a very cloudy orange color and has a small white head that dissipates quickly and has a nice slow fine carbonation. The aroma is yeasty and fruity and overall very alluring. The taste is every bit as yeasty as the smell and there is a explosion of tart fruitiness that covers up the alcohol well, but I did detect a bit of alcohol in the aftertaste. The body is a bit thin, but appropriate for the style. This is a damn fine Belgian ale.

From a bottle. Cloudy light amber color with a white lacing. Classic Belgian yeast aroma. Medium body with strong carbonation. Tastes of wheat and orange with a light honey note. Really well done and comparable with Belgian versions of the style.

Delicious. Perfect balance between sweet and bitter, in my opinion. Nicely carbonated. Drinkable, refreshing, not too heavy, not too light. Definitely one of my favorites!

Sweet melons. Floral.

Honeyed peaches. Banana. Wheat.

Smooth. Mild viscosity. Lightly effervescent. Nice.

Good stuff. Real drinkable liquid, especially at 7.6%.
Not sure if it’s a sipper or a slammer. Kinda sweet floral flavors like a cider.

Orange color. Weak head. Smells almost of apple juice. Taste is fairly sweet and mild. Fruity. No spice. Limited hop bitterness. Almost flat feel. basic and unremarkable for a Belgian strong pale.

The pour is a cloudy golden color. The taste is orange, banana, along with some mild spice notes. There is no date on the bottle. This was a good Belgian Pale Ale. Cheers! A-

Pours clear and light golden with very nice head and light lacing.
Absolutely awesome flowery and citrus like aromas which are very strong.
Sweet and light sour notes but overall extremely pleasant. Almost like rose water and possibly honey; it's a very unique taste in beer.
Medium thinkness in the mouth and very easy drinking.

Overall a really wonderful beer!

Poured a hazy golden straw color into a Samuel Smith Imperial pint glass: with a finger high white foamy head that dissipates quickly to a thin ring along the side of the glass, with minimal lacing and constant visible carbonation from start to finish. Aroma of Belgian esters, bread, malt and stone fruit from yeast abound. Taste follows nose with esters, light phenols, stone fruit, straw, honey & wheat. Mouth is medium with slight bitterness and dry finish but dominated by the spiciness of the Belgian yeast and wheat. A very enjoyable brew that has good complexity, structure and is very drinkable.

What a great surprise this beer turned out to be. I love Belgian triples and wanted something lower on the ABV scale that had an easy drinkability quality to it. This one is great. This is right up there with Brugge Zot for an easy going beer in the summer.

Very solid blue has the usual Belgian / Farmhouse funk but is also very drinkable and smooth at the same time, this is a great beer to get into Belgian beers.
