Appearance: Into a tulip is a nice golden colored beer with a white head only a finger thick.

Aroma: Raisins, apricot, light lemon zest, green apple, faint biscuity notes.

Taste: Figs, coriander, apple, golden raisins, light dryness on the palate. Little bit of citrus in the tail end.

Notes: This one is very good top to bottom. The alcohol is not too strong but it's still makes it's presence known rather well. Cheers.

Pours a faded apricot with a three finger whiteness that fades fast. Smells of coriander, belgian yeast and a hint of orange peel. Pretty decent nose. Flavor is like a witbier and is really nicely orchestrated. Has floral notes to the yeast and hints of cream and grass. The coriander and orange peel also still play a form here. Medium bodied with lower carb and a forgettable finish. Overall a decent beer, great for a hot day.

Reviewed from notes. Had on tap at Peg's. Poured into snifter glass.

A: Yellow/golden & hazy. Thin, small lacy head.

S: Banana fruity aroma. Yeasty.

T: Fruity, banana taste, mild malt coming through. Belgian yeast predominates.

M: Light mouthfeel but appropriate to style. Sweet finish that doesn't linger.

O: Very good, solidly on style.
