except for the lighter color and slightly less grainy smell, this is pretty much the same beer as their amber, at least in terms of being rather forgettable. at the same time, it's not a style that's going to typically wow you, so it's in line with what i would expect.
again, i wouldn't necessarily buy another, but i'd have one on a hot day without a second thought.

Very refreshing after mowing the lawn on a hot day.
L: Nice medium yellow color with a 1/2" foam head
S: My nose doesn't care about the particulars of beer as long as it tastes good
T: Very light and thirst quenching
F: If it feels good, which it does, drink it
O: Right up there toward the top of my list for an "after the ball game" beer...Refreshing
I would definitely buy this one again.

Sampled last night while grillin' some T-bones and corn on 4/20/15. Comes in a 12 ounce can from Finnegans Inc. (Contract brewed and canned by Summit Brewing Company) in St. Paul, Minnesota. Can chilled down to 36 degrees F in my beer cooler and poured in to a "CHEER'S-BOSTON" handled-glass stein.
Brew pours a golden-yellow in color with a good 2-finger white foamy head that stayed around for a good 5 mins. A good amount of sticky lacing was seen when sipped, that really surprised me of how much actually. The aroma is of yeast and grains for the most part with a hint of lemon zest (?). The taste is pretty close to the nose with some hop bitterness for the finish also. The bitterness didn't last long though and was drinkable. This style of brew isn't one of my favorites though I will say and probably better on tap. Lighter to medium bodied with high carbonation. Overall it was OK and probably better on tap.

Had on tap at the Bryant Lake Bowl.
A: Straw with a slight haze, ½” white foam cap, some lace.
S: Bread and yeast nose, not much fruit, faint hop citrus.
T: Begins with malty biscuit flavors and finishes with a moderately high hop bitterness.
F: Tastes thin and watery, medium high carbonation.
O: Strikes me as somewhat uninspired.
