A - Dark ruby red with an opaque body. Small trails of carbonation up the goblet
S - Tart blackberry sweet tarts
T - Tart up front with a slight Belgian yeast that gives it a bubblegum and clove. The blueberries are there but a bit overtaken by the Belgian yeast aspects. Not as tart as I had it previously
M - Syrupy sweet body with a softness from the Belgian yeast
O - Feel like they toned this down to have for the restaurant crowd instead of the beer one . Really soft overall and felt this batch was just an ok sour instead of one of the better ones.

So, Maybe this is just me, but I expected way more funk, way more sour, and far more puckering of the cheeks. This is extremely tasty, but more on a juice level than a wild ale. In short, I expected more.
A: served in a tulip. Deep amber hue, very nice head first poured, and a smattering of lacing as the beer is consumed.
S: malt and sugar on the nose. A little sweet cherry, with some apple spicing.
T: a lot of apple, caramel, and tons of sugar. Wild yeast is evident in the dash of citrus mixed in. Very pleasurable, but far too much like juice carbonated juice.
M: very nicely carbonated, and the malt is balanced well with the wild yeast. The carbonation attacks the back of the throat at first, but dissipates quickly. A little malty on the after taste, but mixes well with the sweetness left on the lips.
O: maybe this just hasn't aged long enough? I fully believe the previous reviews before me, but this is seemingly far too sugary to be correct. I'm not indicating a good wild ale shouldn't have sugary sweetness - this is just too much. I will glad try this again in the future to see if this may have just been a youngster.
