18 oz bottle in 16 oz glass. Nice creamy 2 finger head that dissipates with nice lacing. Amber red color. Smell is malty and yeasty. Taste is a little on the dry side with nice malty taste, medium carbonation. A little thin in the mouth, no nasty aftertaste. Very drinkable, especially on a hot day.

L: Poured into a pint glass, in the fridge for only a few hours - cool, but not cold. Beautiful ruby brown hue with a sustainable fluffy, white head. Amazing lacing - white fluff clinging to the sides of the glass! Thin head continues remains with every sampling.

S: Sweet, slightly hoppy.

T: Everything a brown ale should be - malty sweet, slight hops. Probably goes perfect with anything a brown should.

F: Smooth with light carbonation.

O: Perfection!

Poured pint botte into dimpled seidel. Ring of head and some lace. Medium-dark brown color.

Sweet malty nose with some nut, floral hops seem a contributing factor.

Tastes of mildly roasted nuts, caramel,

Medium, and smooth body.

A smooth, lightly sweet brown ale. Not pretentious, but enjoyable with every swig. Classic brown.

Excellent mahogany/copper color
Aroma: caramel/faint chocolate
Taste: sweet/nutty quickly balanced by faint burnt bitterness. Perfect balance.
Overall: The perfect nut brown ale

Decanted into to tulip pint; no manufacturer/use by date. Rich dark copper color with modest head and modest lacing evident. Nose: dark malts and caramel; palate: very mild with toffee note and pleasantly bitter close. Light bodied. I enjoyed it, but it might not be my first choice.
