These stores are all over Springfield and there is one in Lebanon too. For the most part they are all the same. A semi dirty liquor store. The selection is alright in most of them and every once and a while you can find some good deals. They do have tendecy to let stuff sit on there shelves for a while. The Brown Derby on Sunshine will let you do mixers. The International Wine Center on Glenstone is their best store by far. The service is usually pretty good. They are always friendly but sometimes they aren't as knowledgable one might like.

Ah, the quintessential college beer shack. I review this place as a Missouri State student who has been there many times.

Q- Good, but not great. International Wine Center on Glenstone is the obvious choice if you're in Springfield and you have the time, but this place will do. Pretty clean and pretty organized.

S- Pretty good, any time that I have been in the mood to try something new the staff has made excellent suggestions that I've liked.

Se- Selection is still pretty good. I'm pretty sure this is the 2nd biggest store, so they do have a fairly diverse selection. Pretty good liquor selection as well.

V- Same as before, it can be as cheap or as expensive as you want. I've found that most of the beers are pretty reasonable.

I've been going to this store since I was in college at SMSU (now Missouri State).

Compared to the International Wine Center on Glenstone the store on National is kind of run down as far as appearances go. Like all Missouri liquor stores the selection of American craft beer is limited by distributors, but they do carry a good number of brews from across the pond and quite a few from the good-ol' US of A.

The International Wine Center probably has a better selection of non-refrigerated beer and has three times a better selection of refrigerated beer, plus is a nicer store, and is in a nicer part of town. I've gone to the National store a few times lately to try to see a difference in selection from the IWC and haven't really noticed any of signifacance. I guess if you're staying downtown/mid-town this would be the store to go to.

Known as "party" central this Brown Derby has equal or often better beer offerings than the better know International Wine - Brown Derby. Just across National from SMSU (Southern Missouri State Univ.) it offers a wide selection of beer - keep fresh by the heavy traffic from SMSU and kegs of craft brewed beer. The experienced staff is knowledgable and helpful as you select beer for your occasion. International refered me to this location as their selection of Bell's was better. A easy to find liquor store that is well stocked.
