This one looks good, a thick dark color with a sizable tan head that shows some resilience and drops good lacing as the beer drops.
The smell brings out some peanuts (not so much peanut butter) a little chocolate that, while I prefer dark chocolate, does fit the profile the brewery claims, and a little bit of a creamier something, and a touch of light roast coffee.
The flavor brings out much of the same but with something a little too artificial to the peanut butter taste. It may not actually be artificial and, rather, just an effect of how it all works together, but it throws me a little.
The feel is a little light for the style, even being a traditionally English style and not an American-style stout. There's just a little too much activity to the heft, at least as far as that particular ratio should be. That's not to say it isn't fairly rich, there's just more that could be done here. All in all, this beer works fairly well.

A - Pours midnight black with a two-finger tan head. Light amount of sticky lacing.
S - Aroma is peanut butter and light milk chocolate.
T - The flavor starts with milk chocolate and coffee followed a decent amount of peanut butter. There is a light bitterness in the finish as well as more peanut butter.
M - Medium bodied with medium carbonation. The mouthfeel is a little thin for a stout. Nice soft finish.
O - This was a decent stout. My only real complaint is I wish the mouthfeel was thicker. Still for the price definetly worth trying.
